i'm so proud of you dude! your approach to utilities is so inventive and sparks curiosity while patching i can imagine things i'll do with one of these but more excited by paths i'll stumble upon mid patch...another excellent design 🐸
i DIY'd the silver&black crow panel! tape a piece of sandpaper to a flat surface, remove the faceplate (just 2 phillips screws), and start sanding. something like 400grit leaves a nice subtle grain :)
reminds me a lot of what I do with RxMx and Clouds. RxMx was a great module. Nice to see some variation on that idea. And great that a CV-delay is integrated here. Very inspiring and creative approach, congratz!
Now this is how you innovate in instrument design. Completely novel stuff, as with other Mannequins modules. Feels like you are picking up the mantle of Mutable Instruments with this design. Gives some of that OG Clouds vibe.
A design can be good even if it's a bit derivative :) it's not completely novel, but the addition and tweaks of existing concepts give something certainly unique here!
okay this seems lovely ... but is the "in two planes" referring to front-back and left-right? because that's two axes ... which a single plane already has? that's one plane
i spit out my tea when he kept twisting the knob & it just kept turning

Another quirky exploratory groaning and creaking scream queen from the best eurorack craftsman in town 👏🏽 ❤
Cool!! I like the little pentagonal light thing, nice touch.
So cool, Trent. What a worthy addition to an iconic lineup. 👏
Just watched again. This is absolutely incredible. What a demo. Could get lost in this for hours.
Dayum- That is one heck of a demo!
Terribly curious to know more about the way you approach the design of this instrument!
you are a goddamn genius
Hexagons are the bestagons. Lovely demo patches.
Wouldn't mind a silver and black crow panel myself :P

Very cool. Too bad it costs an arm and a leg to import to Europe since they switched to direct sales only, if you can snatch one, that is.
insane
Stoked.

we'll find out about *enough* on the 30th... no i2c on this one - wanted to go for something more analogue feeling.
