RECIPE
Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges! (For the Big Game!)
6 Tbsp. Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Italian Seasoning
1 Tsp. Salt
2 Tsp. Garlic Powder
3 Tsp. Paprika
1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Start with 3 nice long potatoes.
Slice lengthwise to make long wedges.
Put potatoes In a big bowl and tumble them in olive oil and then the
seasoning and parmesan cheese.
Mix well the put the wedges on a foil lined cookie sheet.
(Spray the foil with cooking spray) and bake in the oven
at 400 degrees for 40 minutes, give or take a minute or 3.
Cool a bit on a bed of paper towels and serve with 3 dips.
Ketchup / Ranch Dressing / Ranch Dressing with Sriracha.
WOW…I found this channel a couple of months ago while looking for some simple & delicious recipes. I’m 71 & never cooked much. I’ve been so LOVING the recipes…and most especially…Steve & Sheila 💚💚 I’m so sad to hear of Steve’s passing a few days ago. At first I wasn’t sure it was true…but did some research 😢 I’m so sorry for your loss Sheila…and all of his family & friends. What a terrible loss of a fun guy! RIP Steve❣️

Made these today and they were far better than expected. Followed the recipe exactly but air fryed them at 390 for 20 mintutes. They were crispy and savory and perfect. Thanks!

When I was a kid, the very last gas station, before you went out to the Florida swamps, used to sell fried chicken and potato logs.
Basically it was just a large potato quartered lengthwise, and then battered like the fried chicken and deep-fried.
It was the absolute best to have essentially KFC fried Chicken outside of a french fry LOL

Shot Gun Blondes, where I grew up in Minnesota, we called em Jo-Jo’s at the bar. Some cut in wedges, some thick round slices. 👍🏻. If you order them at the Supper Club, they are steak 🥩 fries 🤷♂️👍🏻😏👌🏻😎😋 . After a few cocktails 🍸🍹 and a glass of wine 🍷 with dinner 🍽, finish with a sipper and a cigar 🥃. No going outside. Light up at the booth. I miss a good Supper Club. 🙏🏻

I never understood why Steve always used a steak knife.... that is who he was. 😉
Even a cheap serrated steak knife 🔪 stays sharp enough to slice a tomato and cut slices of bread off a loaf fresh out of the oven, slice and dice, long after those fancy knives 🔪 need to go then a sharper for a session longer than what ya need cut up 🤷♂️😉👍🏻👌🏻😎

Sure, you could do the same recipe, just place them in the air fryer at 400 degrees for about 15-20 min.😊 They would come out great!
