The most annoying Strava posts are the “Workouts with [female name]” accompanied by a photo of a sexy “trainer” in spandex with big boobs. I’ve mostly stopped giving kudos to those, 100% of which are posted by my male Strava friends 😂. I never post my stretching/strength sessions. Does that mark me as a more Serious Runner?
I'm the opposite... the more kudos they have and the faster they are, the less they need my validation. Show me some hobby joggers like me, slogging through their miles trying to improve, with 6 or 7 kudos... and YOU get a kudos, and YOU get a kudos!! 😂
As a serious runner, I will never waste 0.1 seconds of my life giving kudos to a Peleton workout
