come on brother, I'm from the Bahamas, my grandmother made traditional conch fritters my mother and her sister did as well, we always chop up are Conch so we can actually taste every bite of each round fritter, it's not good when you bite and get a Hush Puppy bread balls. that's not the traditional way my mother and grandmother and her sister make it. I love the seasonings I love your ingredients, but you need to come clean with the Conch, we're not talking hush puppies, it's call conch fritters because every bite is a nice piece of Conch, That's how we do it in the Bahamas.

Hello Keith, I am Bahamian and I love the twist that you put in this recipe. It looks so delicious. I will definitely try this. I have been eating conch fritters all my life and yup, its all just basically the same ingredients. You are very inventive. I especially like the dill and fish seasoning that you added. I substituted salt cod and left out a lot of the salty spices.I live in Toronto and buy the herb bases to mix myself or try spice mixes w/o salt as 1st ingredient. I use your recipe and make fritters of all kinds, corn, eggplant, zucchini, shrimp, etc. The batter can even be left with chubbier veg.and fried. It can be colored with turmeric. You have a "sick"recipe bro.RESPECT!👊💯👍🤗

If Conch is the STAR, all the other ingredients definitely stole the show. A "trained chef" knows when a star is born. I'll at least TRY it but I would omit many of the ingredients.I didn't know what conch meat is...then I discovered...it's a sea snail. Is there any other substitute for snail?

U can add baking powder because if sometimes that u have batter left over u just add a lil additional bp. I will try your recipe with my ketchup though which I love

not really, you would have to make a different sauce. sometimes I make a spicy fruit sauce with passion fruit, pineapples, mango's, garlic, ginger, scotch bonnet, sugar, spices, vinegar, and corn starch simmered in a pot. people live that sauce also. you can buy the fruit purees from the frozen isle

Your recipe LOOKS interesting... BUT your "Bahamian way" doesn't mean that any other way is WRONG.. Different people enjoy different things.. "Flat" conch fritters or "Pancake looking" fritters are delicious and they don't have to be a "greasy mess"... Your commentary needs improvement.. Im not surprised your subscriber count isn't larger than it is... Presentation and personality plays a lot in the audience you attract. Best wishes on your channel AND seasoning line that you PLUGGED throughout the entire video.
