    I have had painful hammertoe on my second toe for over 2 years. Just stumbled across this video and joined along with her instruction for the last 8 minutes. My toe straightened completely out for the 1st time in those years with zero pain! It now lays flat on the floor. Whether it will stay that way until tomorrow I don't know but NOW I CAN SELF-RELIEVE it in less than 10 minutes! Thank you so very much!! 😅

    Such valuable insights and information. I specially like essential details and way you are teaching to do this self treatment. I did it on myself, the relieve and feeling of freedom of toes and plant of the food was immense. I believe to be able to cure my metatarsal. Many blessings 🫶

    Thank you so much for your wonderful treatments. Some of them I knew about and have done. But some I have not, and will try.. I'm trying to avoid any surgery if possible.

    Omg thank you for this video i hope ny toe can lay flat. I been struggling with one of the toes curling constantly getting callus on top and i dont want it anymore. Surgery isnt the answer and doesn't solve anything but this does. Its just a lot of tight muscles bundled up and doing this hurts but a good way

    My husband can’t move all of his toes from a spinal cord injury. If I did these exercises for him and move his toes while someone else does the manipulation part, would that still be beneficial? I appreciate your time.

    A couple of questions 1) if the place that your finger finds the part that it is sore - should you still push on this if it is on the bone? Or should you try to stay inbetween the Met bones. 2nd - how long (duration and frequency) do you recommend to apply the treatment/per area. Thank you and apologize if you mentioned this in your video and i perhaps missed it.

    What about the hammer toe problems

    • @drakeadvancedmyofascialbod3492
      @drakeadvancedmyofascialbod3492  2 года назад +3

      What’s your question exactly? This stabilizing on the bottom surface and top surface of the foot will also soften the hammering of the toes. It can be very connected to metatarsalgia-that dropping of the metatarsal phalangeal joint.

      @@dddd.111 You could simply follow along doing the same hand placement and active movement that you see me using but using your own hands. Depending on your flexibility to reach and hold your own foot. Your question might be more detailed than I could adequately explain in a post but I would use my own hands on my own foot in the same way that you see me using them on the persons foot in the video

    I was recommended this Flexor Tenotomy. Podiatrist gave Zentoes but that doesn’t seem to help my pain when walking.
    Is it a fairly safe procedure which will eliminate my pain without long term complications?

    • @drakeadvancedmyofascialbod3492
      @drakeadvancedmyofascialbod3492  Год назад +3

      I’m not a surgeon, so I can’t really comment on that. I can humbly say, that nothing is a guarantee however , and that is certainly true with surgeries. Advanced manual therapy might help you to figure out if you can have improvement with a less invasive intervention. 🙏

      They are a physical hands-on therapist. No such professional therapist is going to take their sock off and video themselves doing this. We don’t want to see that. They will show us using their clients.
      So silly.

      It's being recorded for the client, if you listen. This way she has the video to see what to do and knows what it feels like when they are doing it right. Just be kind.
