I will be able to pass on these exercises to her and the rest of of the class so many thanks. Jill Langley

I can’t walk without limping, I’ve been icing it off and on and got some gels pads for my foot. I got this from skateboarding and wearing flat shoes. I’m hoping I feel some relief by the end of this week. What’s everyone opinions on applying icy hot on it?

    I have literally been having pain in both of my feet for over an year... when I get out of bed in the morning I am greeting with pain... I forgot what it feels lime to walk without painful feet. I am thinking it may have stared from wearing tightly fitted red bottom high heels and flat shoes with worn down soles and no support....but I am unsure. I just wish I could have my pain free life back again ..when I massage and rub my feet i get a little temporary relief .. after that the pain is back every single day and I also have a job now where I stand and work on my feet all day . I stated having this in both feet in 2017, the pain is horrible. The doctor said I have 2 options - get a series of painful shots, or have the nerves taken out. - I didn't go for either one. I found Toe Socks online, and they eased the pain pretty good. But after a while I needed my toes spread a little more and that's when I found (Correct Toes) online. After I got used to them, they worked great - I hope this helps you

    I always wonder and nowhere I see an answer: what is damaged in cause of metatarsalgia? Pain is the result of damage. I never see the treatment of the damage tissue? Look vital to me?

    • @ViveHealth
      @ViveHealth  Год назад

      Metatarsalgia is a condition that causes pain and inflammation in the ball of the foot, and it can be caused by a number of factors such as overuse, high-impact sports, or wearing shoes with inadequate support. The pain is typically due to inflammation of the tissues in the area, such as the nerves, ligaments, or tendons.
      To treat metatarsalgia, there are several options depending on the severity of the condition. Some treatments include rest and ice, wearing shoes with proper arch support, physical therapy exercises to strengthen the foot muscles, or using orthotic inserts to provide extra cushioning and support. In more severe cases, surgery may be necessary to repair damaged tissues.
      It's important to see a medical professional if you're experiencing foot pain, as they can diagnose the underlying cause of your discomfort and recommend appropriate treatment options.
