Yes! Ryan Hall is amazing! Such a good teacher and describes everything going on. I'm so glad you gave him a shout out. Thinking of those effected by the recent tornados, and please be safe to those in the line of the up and coming ones.
Ryan is so good ! He is a very caring man also , alot of the money raised while covering bad weather events goes directly to those effected ! He is the only weather man I trust ❤! ( 🤴🏼King of the garden , that was epic !!! )
Darth Miah to the rescue!!!. And yes, Ryan Hall Y'all is a Godsend. We are so very thankful for Ryan, Andy Hill and the whole crew. They alerted us to a tornado that hit here in our parish in Louisiana a couple of months ago. So grateful.
Love RyanHallY’all channel! I bought a Y’all-O-Meter for my son in Washington state and it’s so good knowing Ryan uses that money raised to help the people affected by damaging storms. He buys food, generators, tarps, chainsaws, weather radios etc., whatever the needs people are experiencing. ❤️
THANK YOU, JESS!! Ryan Hall Y'all is the real deal. I've been following him since before the Mayfield, KY tornadoes. He and Andy Hill are amazing. The best thing about his Team is that everyone puts helping people before the "glamour" of storm chasing. They are on the ground before anyone else with supplies, equipment, food and helping hands. They deserve the accolades and the support!
Thank you for shouting out Andy. He does a good job rotating between all the storms. Difficult as sometimes there are so many! I am hoping I have NO weather to chase in South Dakota this season.
King of the Garden was hysterical, lol. Looked kind of like Darth Vader of the Garden though. 🤣🤣 I donated to Ryan's channel the night of the storms. I felt like the money would go where I planned it to go! He's awesome!
50 tornados this weekend alone... 32 people died. Ryan Hall is the best weatherman in my opinion. Contact him if you need help. All prayers and Angels sent to those affected.
Sweet Miah is such a blessing ❤ He just makes that look so easy. We love Ryan Hall too! I’m so glad you watch him! I worry about you all in your mobile home and glad you’ll be building a storm shelter/root cellar. You’ll need one anyways to store your food and can goods. It will add a great segment to your videos. We will continue to pray for all those affected by the tornadoes. 🙏
Jess, I am in Northern Indiana, and I was watching Ryan Hall through the storms over the weekend. My Aunt lives near Indianapolis, and her town was devastated by a tornado. I have a son in Tennessee who I was watching closely. Ryan Hall Ya'll is a fantastic channel. I have to believe he saves lives by having the ability to warn people before the threat has reached them.
Even though I am half way across the world and not influenced by tornadoes, I often watch Ryan because I feel connected to the people I watch on RUclips. May God protect everyone!
We stay glued to Ryan Hall too when there's storms. We lost our home in January 2018 to a tornado. We were in the house sitting on the floor in the bathroom with Jesus. It definitely leaves you a little paranoid with every storm that is to come. I'm in NE Texas. Always praying for God's protection over all that are in the storms/tornados path. It breaks my heart when I hear that a tornado has touched down anywhere. 🙏
Ryan is my favorite weather guy. Alway so accurate. He will live stream for hours if they have to to make sure everyone knows what’s going on. He has a great team.
So glad you mentioned Ryan Hall. I follow him as well, because weather in Ohio is tricky! We go from blizzards and snow dumps to boiling and humidity and tornados. Thanks for alerting your community to his excellent coverage.
I am in Idaho and I follow Ryan Hall, Y'All and now also Meteorologist Andy Hill who works with Ryan but has a new RUclips channel. Andy is more tech in his weather descriptions. Ryan shows live feeds of the storm chasers as well as gives alerts that sometimes come before the weather officials actually announce them. What I am happy about is that you plan to built a storm cellar soon. There were so many tornados down and throughout so many states this past week that it scares me watching when I know where and how soon the will hit, especially when I have a general idea of the locations of many I watch on RUclips. Thank you for sharing the plans for your safety. It will make me feel better knowing you have a storm shelter to get in to.
Don't be scared! Be prepared! That's great advice from Ryan Hall Y'All! We do have nasty straight line winds, but our biggest threat from that are trees down and power outages usually. I watch Ryan to keep aware of the weather in other parts of the country. I'm part of your prayer warriors and pass on the news of what's happening to anyone who'll listen. Ryan and his teams have a magical touch with broadcasting the weather! I highly recommend subscribing to his channel and to hus protege, Andy Hill. So glad that you're getting out into your garden and enjoying it. In the Spokane, WA area, we had snow Sunday night and yesterday and so it continues, probably for the next month yet. There's still lots of indoor gardening to accomplish. I'm hoping to repot all my indoor plants and replace some lights that have burned out in my grow room downstairs. There's always the unending house cleaning and maintenance (shedding season is continual) and my babies and I always seem to require food for some reason.👍🙄👍 Prayers for health and safety for all my channel family, friends, and neighbors!🙏❤🙏
Miah draped in the black shade cloth, standing on one of his raised garden boxes and shouting “Grow”, would be a fabulous t-shirt design!! Also….Ryan Hall Y’All isn’t to far from my location, here in the beautiful mountains of Eastern Kentucky! He is the best at forecasting the weather!
Sometimes you just have to flitter about the garden Jess, you’re still getting things done. Ryan’s channel is great, I have been following him for awhile now since I’m in the hurricane zone and my extended family is in tornado areas. Andy has now started his own channel as well, he and Ryan make an awesome team (meteorologist Andy hill) so you’ll always have updates either way.
Prayers for everyone effected by storms whether there in your area or areas where your loved one's are. Great to hear the big shout out for Ryan Hall Y'all RUclips Channel. He and the team are amazing.
I've been following Ryan since Hurricane Ian and though we don't have as many severe storms in Ohio either, I find it helps a lot too. It is cool to see a crossing over between two different parts of RUclips that I follow.
I agree, Ryan Hall is the best. This has truly been a very strange year for weather. This is only the beginning. I live in Tenn. and years ago we had two go through our area. We were very lucky as we only had a lot of trees come down in our yard. A couple took out our fence, but nothing on the house. But, what a mess. I was recovering from a knee replacement. I told my husband I didn't think this is what they meant by physical therapy! I had to be so careful hauling all of that brush. But you do what you have to do.
A garden doesn't feel like a garden to me without the smell of dill. When I went to the farmers market as a kid, that smell was so prominent throughout the market that it just feels like a summer garden to me as long as dill is there.
Yes the LR, AK tornado cell came right over us in west TN. We just bought our new homestead and unknowingly had a storm shelter (our surveyor told us later). We got to use it for the first time and well, stood in 6" of water because the drain was stopped up 😂 bless it. We got it fixed that evening and the storm left no damage to us. It actually hit my hometown 20 miles away with minimal damage to structures, mainly electrical poles. Tipton Co got hit the worst which is about 40 miles away from us. Prayers for everyone that was affected! It sooo could have been us as well if it had not went back up before it got here! Thanks for speaking of it Jess!
Regarding your shade cloth removal and reinstalling: What if you mounted 2 roll up greenhouse curtain rods on either side of the peak, one handle facing each direction, and left the cloth rolled up on the peak. Hooks and grommets at the shade cloth bottom with a tension lock on the handle would keep it tensioned easily. One quick rolling up with a step ladder on each side might make life easier and more readily shaded on those very hot days.
I'm happy to hear other people start both zinnia & sunflower in pots. The internet will tell you to only direct sow. Since I intentionally attract birds to my yard, both zinnia & sunflower seeds are a delicacy.
It is amazing to watch you two. How you two enjoy each other while supporting each other. Each of you guys have special skills along with being there for each other.❤️❤️❤️
I also watch the Ryan Hall Weather Channel. I've been watching him almost a full year now, and he's always been right on the money for weather predictions nationwide. And he's personable too, not stuffy like the tv news weather people always seemed to be. (I no longer watch them.) Glad to hear the kids are all good!! What a relief that must've been for you!! I guess I should also mention that I do watch another YT weather channel too, for more local predictions. And that's just because I'm in Central Texas, and a lot of the time, there's not a lot happening that's very exciting weather wise. So a lot of the time, Ryan's weather forecasting doesn't have much info for my area. It's not him skipping over us, it's just when there's nothing to report, well... Then there's nothing to report! But Ryan does do a very good job of reporting when the tornados, or other big stuff is happening, no matter where that is. And I like how he shows several storm chasers when the big stuff is happening! I'm just always wanting more rain, or ANY rain really at this point!! (now entering our 3rd year of drought) So a local forecast is good too.
Hi Ms. Jessica, I have the very same trellis' from Costco. I wanted to grow Morning Glories and tomatoes on them. They seemed a little weak once I had them in place. I then removed them and added a T-post touching, right behind them and then zip locked the t-post to the trellis. First I painted the white top of the t-post so it wasn't so noticeable. The trellis turned out to be plenty strong to hold Morning Glories and giant tomatoes. Jesus, protect your people from these dangerous storms. We love you! God bless this homestead. Amen.
Just a tip for anyone wanting to transplant things that rabbits like to chew down: rabbits hate the feeling of chicken wire so to prevent them from eating your stuff you can lay chicken wire along the ground where you are putting in your plants so they can't access the plants without needing to walk across the wire. Happy Gardening!
Tornadoes on that side of the country record snow and flooding out West. I lost my greenhouse and chicken coop, have took pieces and made another coop but it's small. Mountain lion ate my female goat last week...it's cold and wild animals are hungry. We all need to be in prayer for our whole country.
It makes me so happy to watch your farms progress, especially the garden. I love how much fun you and Miah have. I absolutely love your sunflower purse! 😍😍
Ryan Hall is amazing. We're in Southern Illinois, so yeah, watching a lot during the tornado streams. It was all above and below us this past weekend, but worried a bit about tomorrow night.
I watched both of Ryan Halls streams during the first outbreak and the more recent storm. When I saw the map I thought of you guys too. My heart breaks for those hit by the tornadoes. I cannot fathom that kind of fear and grief. 🥺
The tornadoes that hit Wynne passed over just south of our house (we’re 20ish miles from Wynne) and just devastated the town. The whole area is mobilizing to help. There are stories of a single mother and 2 children living in their car, a mother screaming in the street looking for her her 2 yr old (blown apart from each other) and a man found the child found in a ditch with barely a scratch on its head. He took to the hospital and they were reunited. An elderly man was found under a collapsed roof just yest, trapped since Friday and actually few injuries. A friend of ours and his elderly mother had his whole house destroyed: except for the tub they were in and part of a wall. Apparently, people are still missing but this hasn’t been on the news. It is heart melting to see everyone pull together. Gods hand was on many and still is. Please pray for our neighbors.
We love watching Ryan! We were following his live stream closely that day, it was absolutely terrifying at the tornado warnings that went out that day! Praying for all of those that were affected 🙏
Yep Ryan Hall Yall is my go-to weather guy too. Plus local news radar. Daddy always said to watch the pressure, that will tell you how strong the storm is. If the pressure drops, crack open your windows so the house doesn’t implode and the roof fly off. I’m hoping it stays more North of me this time. Last time I was watching Ryan I also had my daughter texting me to stay in my closet because the tail end of the tornado was whipping through town again. My property is just outside city limits. I don’t think it touched down, didn’t see much damage but lots of yard debris to pick up afterwards. Be safe yall!
Love Ryan Hall’s channel. I was watching him during those storms from (thankfully) the safety of my storm shelter that night as those same storms came through TN.
Ryan Hall Y'All is the best. Speaking of tornadoes we had one in NJ Saturday about 2 1/2 miles from my home. It's crazy cause we vary rarely get tornadoes up here. It was a bit scary though as it was unlike any storm I've been through before. I don't think I could live in Tornado Alley.
I am a recent subscriber and I love your style/channel! I retired last fall and I'm excited to finally have the time to garden. You are a great inspiration, Jess. Every morning I have my coffee while I watch your channel. Thank you for making my mornings so pleasant❤
My son just totally flipped out when you said you watch "Ryan Hall, Y'all," and asked me to tell you that that is his favorite channel! He's my little weatherbug in training and is always watching the radar, taking pictures of cloud formations, showing me upcoming weather trends.
Yes, I have been following Ryan Hall Y'all for several months. I absolutely love how he and his team raise money to help those effected by severe weather, not to mention his fantastic skill in reporting and explaining the weather across the country.
And I though I was such a garden nerd when I get seeds I’m excited about I carry them to work to show everybody and within one minute or so their eyes roll back in their head cause they are so NOT INTERESTED lmao that’s why I watch your channel for the past few years you get excited about seeds and those seeds sprouting 😊❤❤
I watch Ryan Hall too. Looks like it is happening again tomorrow. This year is insane already! South Dakota had some crazy weather last year. Got video of a haboob, green skies and xlg hail. Honestly? I hope I have no weather like that to capture this year. This winter has been ENOUGH already. Godspeed.
I also like Ryan Hall Y'all and his sometimes side-kick Andy Hill's videos. Great helpful information and pretty educational when possible. Poor guys, they do work very long hours doing lives. Hard working well educated gents. Glad you are doing frequent videos Jess. We love these. Helpful. My contaminated commercially obtained raised bed soil from 3 years ago - like yours, can now tolerate plantings of all but beans! Imagine. Still. I have let it sit dormant or have only planted things I know will grow in those containers. Not wanting to throw out soils. Your hubby was so funny with his King for the Garden mulch cape! Fun!
I just learned about Ryan hall this week when we had devastating tornadoes in our area on Tuesday. Due to ryan broadcasting my husband was able to alert his parents of the weather that ryan said was going to hit them that his parents were unaware of the tornado heading toward their town. Thank God they didn't have damage but they had no clue of the storm approaching them.
Yes! Ryan Hall is amazing! Such a good teacher and describes everything going on. I'm so glad you gave him a shout out. Thinking of those effected by the recent tornados, and please be safe to those in the line of the up and coming ones.

Thank you for shouting out Andy. He does a good job rotating between all the storms. Difficult as sometimes there are so many!
I am hoping I have NO weather to chase in South Dakota this season.
They sure do and Andy it is still going strong after nine hours of being on between last night and this morning
I love when one of my favorite RUclipsrs shouts out another of my favorite RUclipsrs!
King of the Garden was hysterical, lol. Looked kind of like Darth Vader of the Garden though. 🤣🤣 I donated to Ryan's channel the night of the storms. I felt like the money would go where I planned it to go! He's awesome!
Thank you for mentioning Ryan Hall Y'all. He remains calm and informative.

Ryan Hall Y'all is my go-to, for weather conditions here in Missouri!! He is a true servant!!
Bless you, Jess, for mentioning Ryan Hall to others! He is only one I've found who is "RIGHT ON" in the years of forecasting!
Even though I am half way across the world and not influenced by tornadoes, I often watch Ryan because I feel connected to the people I watch on RUclips. May God protect everyone!
Thank you. Honored.

I’ve been binge watching today as I fold laundry. Thank you for teaching this community to garden. You are a blessing to so many.
Yes, Ryan Hall is great. I have watched him for a while. So glad you family and friends are all right.
Been following Ryan Hall Yall for a couple of years now. He is always right on and helps those devastated by storms.
Well that should go on a shirt. a drawing of him like that in the garden “subjects! Grow!” 😂
#1weather channel to watch Ryan Hall. Love watching you too. #1 fan.
Ryan is my favorite weather guy. Alway so accurate. He will live stream for hours if they have to to make sure everyone knows what’s going on. He has a great team.
Love Ryan Hall and Andy Hill. Stay safe today and tomorrow everyone.
I am so glad to hear that I am not alone in carrying seeds around with me to look at them. So very glad that your family is safe.
Ryan Hall is so informative and dedicated to helping people with the weather as you are with the garden. 😊🌱 🌸 🍅
So glad you mentioned Ryan Hall. I follow him as well, because weather in Ohio is tricky! We go from blizzards and snow dumps to boiling and humidity and tornados. Thanks for alerting your community to his excellent coverage.
Love Ryan Hall Y'all - glad to hear everyone was ok
He's my go to for weather
“Subjects! GROW!!”
When adults remember to play you know their life is good!
Absolutely love Ryan Hall. He's from my home of KY, and like you said, BRILLIANT on reporting the weather. I'm so glad your family is safe and sound.
I am in Idaho and I follow Ryan Hall, Y'All and now also Meteorologist Andy Hill who works with Ryan but has a new RUclips channel. Andy is more tech in his weather descriptions.
There's always the unending house cleaning and maintenance (shedding season is continual) and my babies and I always seem to require food for some reason.👍🙄👍
Prayers for health and safety for all my channel family, friends, and neighbors!🙏❤🙏
Rick Hall Ya’ll! He’s the ultimate weatherman! I’m so happy u gave him props. He’s been a total lifeline for us in Nooga. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
YEP love me some Ryan Hall. Since we got hit by a tornado in 2020, nothing else helps me relax as much as him.
Love Ryan Hall. Intelligent man
I second the Ryan Hall suggestion. No matter where you live in the U.S. he is on it.
I agree to Ryan Hall and Andy Hill😊 Rock❗️
Ryan Hall is awesome and I live in California! ❤
Ryan and his team are great! Thank you for giving him a much-deserved shout out 🙂
I agree, Ryan Hall is the best.
Ryan is fabulous at what he does. My 80-year-old mom watches him since she doesn't have access to local news when she cut the cable cord.
A garden doesn't feel like a garden to me without the smell of dill. When I went to the farmers market as a kid, that smell was so prominent throughout the market that it just feels like a summer garden to me as long as dill is there.
I love Ryan Hall, he helps people with funds for repair by people buying his merch. Everyone in the snow areas needs to buy a y'all measure stick.
I live in Oklahoma City, so yea I get it. Ryan Hall is an amazing meteorologist! Prayers for your family in Arkansas!!
Greetings! I’m on the Texas / Arkansas…2 hours West of Little Rock. I follow Ryan Hall daily, support his Channel and his Fundraising
Love Ryan Hall Yall he is great.
Ryan Hall is Great,, been watching him for a while, Best...
Love watching your gardening. And definitely watch Ryan hall y’all. He’s so good at keeping us all informed.
I LOVE how everyone follows Ryan Hall Yall!! he is amazing!!
Ryan Hall’s the man!!
Please make a merch item with the king of the garden! With the shade robe - "Subjects...GROW!!!" I actually wheeze laughed - thank you! 😂
Regarding your shade cloth removal and reinstalling: What if you mounted 2 roll up greenhouse curtain rods on either side of the peak, one handle facing each direction, and left the cloth rolled up on the peak. Ryan is the best. I was watching his broadcast when the tornado hit, he saved lives.
I also watch Ryan Hall. He is great! I also live in the Leesville SC area, like you.
(I no longer watch them.)
Glad to hear the kids are all good!!
What a relief that must've been for you!!
I guess I should also mention that
I do watch another YT weather channel too, for more local predictions.
And that's just because I'm in Central Texas, and a lot of the time,
there's not a lot happening that's very exciting weather wise.
So a lot of the time, Ryan's weather forecasting doesn't have much info for my area.
It's not him skipping over us,

Ryan Hall Y’all is AWSOME!!! Glad you shared his page for others!!
Ryan Hall is a wonderful RUclipsr, great endorsement!
I watched both of Ryan Halls streams during the first outbreak and the more recent storm. When I saw the map I thought of you guys too. My heart breaks for those hit by the tornadoes. I cannot fathom that kind of fear and grief. 🥺

😂😂😂 Miah played that role a little too well 😂😂😂😂 I needed that laugh❤ Agree with Ryan Hall. He has amazing coverage. He is my go to weather guy.
We love watching Ryan! We were following his live stream closely that day, it was absolutely terrifying at the tornado warnings that went out that day! Praying for all of those that were affected 🙏

Yes I love Ryan hall y’all I go to him all the time . He’s really good and his team to. GODBLESS sweetie
It would be so cute and an ode to your old garden if you paint that pea trellis the color of your old garden entry gate.
I am a recent subscriber and I love your style/channel! I retired last fall and I'm excited to finally have the time to garden. You are a great inspiration, Jess. Every morning I have my coffee while I watch your channel. Thank you for making my mornings so pleasant❤
@RyanHallY'all is my number one go to and has been for almost two years. Prayers for your family.
Never would have known.praying for all of your loved ones. I was so worried about you all. God blessed all those affected by this storm.❤
I actually love the sound of you walking on the gravel… I do not find it distracting at all.
My son just totally flipped out when you said you watch "Ryan Hall, Y'all," and asked me to tell you that that is his favorite channel! He's my little weatherbug in training and is always watching the radar, taking pictures of cloud formations, showing me upcoming weather trends.
Ryan hall y’all is fantastic!
Love you guys goofing around. Nice to see people in media being real.
Totally agree with you, Jess. Watermelon reminds of the beach in summertime. Tomatoes... summer without tomato plants are not the same.
I am so glad your Mum and family oke. Sending 🫂 to everybody. ❤
Yes, I have been following Ryan Hall Y'all for several months. I absolutely love how he and his team raise money to help those effected by severe weather, not to mention his fantastic skill in reporting and explaining the weather across the country.
Love the frequent videos! 💚🌱🌻
I was watching Ryan's coverage last week. He said he won't be covering the upcoming round of storms but may be storm chasing.
Godspeed.
I LOVE PLANTING MYSTERY SEEDS!! by the way, I know you know, you have created such a beautiful beautiful space with that greenhouse. Just so pretty.
Good evening everyone, Jess we will continue to pray for everyone in the storms!!
He IS the King of the Garden.
LOVE LOVE LOVE Ryan's channel and Andy Hill's channel! They are saving lives left and right. Best place to go for severe weather coverage!!! For sure.
