Sammy, bring back Chickenfoot! nothing wrong with Jason and Vic but Chickenfoot just had something unique about them, I think Joe and Chad just give an amazing dynamic. The world needs it. Who's with me ?

Chickentfoot is just absolutely amazing. Probably the greatest renewal band ever. Even without Chad Smith, Kenny Aronoff holds his own for sure. This song just flat out rocks and Smokin' Joe, IMHO, is probably the best guitarist alive right now.

The cool thing is, my mom and wife, neither who really like rock or metal type of music both love this song and think it's beautiful. Gotta love a song that transcends the boundaries of what most people enjoy. Hope they come nearby so I can go see them in concert.

I was amazed when I saw Joe paling electric for the verses. I always had the image of an acoustic for it, then Joe playing the electric after in the chorus and solo's.
If you have ever been on stage like I have you would know the lights get so bright at times to where you can't see past the first couple of rows! And then your eyes hurt for a couple of days and your grateful if you don't have to gig the next night!

Good point. I can only say that the lights on stage are pretty bright. I myself feel only annoyed because I can't see the audience (also, it's friggin hot on stage). I can see why some people would wear shades, because it's just a little more relaxing for the eye. In the end, who cares what they look like as long as they rock :) Prime example for me: Lordi. I like their music, but why the stupid outfits -.-

Shadow07Warrior1989 Fuckin ' A Brother. That knob hater was probably first in line for the David Lee Roth VH tour. Hagar is still legit and can sing his ass off, especially for a dude in his 60's. Worlds better than some other old hacks out there trying to cash in on past glory - even auto-tune can't save their washed up vocals. Sammy's out there touring with multiple bands, so once in awhile his voice is going to get fatigued, but he can still bring it.
