RIGHT NOW...this band is miles ahead of VH. Eddie is done, DLR is finished and that young boy is just doing what daddy wants....doesn't hold a candle to this.
The band is working on a new CD. Have been in between their "day jobs". Should be release this summer. Just like the first CD... That's what I read and heard... Once from Sammy when he was in STL.
This will do for Satriani until he gets bored or is called up by Steve Vai for some project. Poor heard it all before. Van Halen are going to be big again as long as they don't run out of steam they arn't young kids anymore!!!!!!

Now there is some logic...talk about hearing it all before...been hearing the "new" VH on YT and demos for years, renaming a few songs isn't "new". Eddie is going to lose it...I mean come on, DLR is horrible and he looks like a guy who busted out of the home. At least these guys still look the part and can sing. VH is going to fall flat once the reviews hit.
@Madland4932 It's early...Eddie is playing well, but the shows are low on energy and Dave is just horrible. The album is dropping fast so it is not "the opposite". Eddie was playing well their last tour 4 years ago, and look how that ended up. It's still early in the tour, still seems fresh, even though their 'new' music is just really old music. 4 years inbetween tours and no new music? WTF.
Really?!! Then I suggest you check out the Pittsburgh & Washington DC (both SOLD OUT!!!) footage ASAP becaause VH are gathering full steam!!! KING EVH's playing is going into the WTF HOW DID KING EVH DO THAT ZONE!!!!! Stick to your Chickenfoot at least they sound better than some VH tribute shows becuase Chickenfoot is a wannabe VH band.
