Brilliant videos to do at home or in the gym thank you. Question when doing dips ir press up my left wrist is really painful and I end up getting a lump come up can you suggest a tape or support I can use to help

there are several hit exercises that can be done with weights that can be done with Heavy ropes that can be done with kettlebell that can be done with elliptical so if I did a hit exercise every day of the week and different using different equipment would that be beneficial or should I just limited to 3 times a week.
Khelaadi Yes and no. To build muscle you want to take breaks to allow your muscle to repair itself bigger and stronger - maybe alternate between chest/triceps and a few of his other HIIT sessions so that you work every muscle group.
I thought this was a good workout... I had to go on my knees half way through the last 3 sets of push ups! Having previously had an injury, I wouldn't be confident about the warm up...!
Wayy too fast to transitioning from one exercise to another, we don’t even know what’s next and next thing we know you halfway done and we haven’t started, couldn’t fallow unless pausing the video.
