    5 years later and just now i completed the full workout. those tricep dips at the end were killers i had to stop a bit and reset th e tris were burning. Thank you Joe and the team at body coach i love all the videos

    I've done lots of his videos, this for me is hardest so far.... great motivation to get it done without stopping in the future... excellent workout bit tough AF

    Screamed like a little girl at points of failure and curse your name multiple times. Definitely the hardest HITT I've done but so fecking worth it. Sweating like a chicken right now 👊😂

    I like to supplement my PIYO workouts with additional interesting workouts. Will give this a shot this weekend. I already know I'll be doing push-ups on my knees, but I'm up for the challenge with the rest.

    sooo, clearly....Joe has never been fat. try having fat people in the video with you so i know im struggling right!!!! bruuhh, you do not know gravity, like i know gravity! I'M BLOWIN! these workouts are fantastic, i feel my inner fit body being carved out from fat. im not sweating, my fat is crying! *expletive expletive expletive*

    Brilliant videos to do at home or in the gym thank you. Question when doing dips ir press up my left wrist is really painful and I end up getting a lump come up can you suggest a tape or support I can use to help

    This guy is slowly killing me! This was one of the hardest workouts. My triceps feel as though they my explode. Cheers Joe. I was cursing you throughout the exercise, but feel good for it now. Now for my Weetabix!

    Hi Joe :) I see from your website that you are a trained nutritional coach, any advice on which course is the best ?     there are several hit exercises that can be done with weights that can be done with Heavy ropes that can be done with kettlebell that can be done with elliptical so if I did a hit exercise every day of the week and different using different equipment would that be beneficial or should I just limited to 3 times a week.

      Khelaadi Yes and no. To build muscle you want to take breaks to allow your muscle to repair itself bigger and stronger - maybe alternate between chest/triceps and a few of his other HIIT sessions so that you work every muscle group.

    I thought this was a good workout... I had to go on my knees half way through the last 3 sets of push ups! Having previously had an injury, I wouldn't be confident about the warm up...!
