Hey Joe, it’s been so long since I did your workouts. Pandemic has passed and I became overweight then gained back my fitness level and here I am again, trying to claw my way back again. Now, I’m going back to my roots. Your workouts were the ones that got me started to lose weight back in 2017. I’m thankful I found your workouts then and I’m glad I’m getting back at it. Thanks for your dedication in the field of fitness, Joe!!!
After doing I'd say 90% of Mr wicks's workouts I still find this to be the best one of them all. It hits all the major body parts and the timing is perfect.

Just fine this on a day off of PE with Joe! It was a great workout! Feel so energised after and also have the knowledge before PE with Joe 3 months ago I could never have kept up, today I did.

I’ve just done this workout. It’s one of my faves and I remember first doing it 4 years ago!
After following HIIT exercises from the Bodycoach for several months, I finally got round to, and complete, this ladder beast!!
Came back to this workout after doing it last year. Really gets you sweaty and burns fat.... 40 second round at the end is a beast.
Just completed this workout in Rainbow Beach Australia, outside in the 5am sun. Definitely one of the hardest but best HIIT workouts I have done. Absolutely sweating!
I wasn't feeling 100% today so I decided to do a workout with longer rest periods than normal. I must say, I underestimated this workout. I ended with a 5 minute cardio finisher (the one in your Saturday 4th July PE with Joe session) and my heart was beating so fast I thought I was dying 😂! Dammit, I'm exhausted, but I'm glad I didn't skimp on the workout today! I'm all set up for a grey Monday! Thank you

Holy mother of pearl Joe! I'm sweating horrendously and its only about 14 degrees here! God knows how you did that in 25 degrees! Amazing view though. Fab workout, loved it. One step closer to hopefully getting in your Hall Of Fame! xx
I've done this a few times now and for me it really is the one workout where I can notice the Afterburn - 1.5hrs later and I'm still pumping sweat, and I mean SWEAT!! Great workout 💪🏻

Did this for the first time and absolutely amazing!! dripping so much on the last plank I had to just hold it because my elbow slipped every time I tried to get up onto my hands!! Keep the videos coming I love them!!!

Didn't make it the gym today so I done this workout instead in my front room! It was a good workout I would definitely do it again ! The 40 sec round was a tough one ! I did another 15 min HIIT workout after this as well

Enjoyed this Joe. Have done most of your workouts (HiiT, tabata, PE) and this was a lung buster. The time flies when I do workouts with you. The 20 mins tabata ones wreck me the most though...
looking through the comments i had done this twice a year ago - i now do it twice a week and keep up almost - its the later push ups and the final plank that are still a struggle, i'm now 54 and still 2 stone overweight but with this and a long 21 hills cycle twice a week and martial arts I'm reasonably content - i like my beer too much and with being shut in am probably eating and drinking more

this exercise is great but i think that doing it in reverse (40/30/20/10) helps you motivate throughout the whole thing

Fitness blender does one just like that. I do that workout at least once a week. Defiantly a firm favourite
Done it twice now, having worked up by doing some of the shorter sets, and then a good year of the regular intermediate 25 minute work out....but this one is a killer....cant quite keep up and on my knees fr the final 40 secs of pushups and just a regular plank for the last one - but i'm 53 and 2 stone overweight :)
That was really hard and intense, and my legs arent working very well anymore. From Daniel 8 year old and Harrison 12 year old. Thanks we feel great now.
