- In this video, I return with another casting video, this time talk about who I think production would cast on Survivor: Dynamic Duos, which is a season filled with duos who have worked together in previous seasons. This is a theme I have always been interested in even though after putting this video together, I don't think it is that great of an idea, especially in comparison to its direct opposite in Survivor: Rivals.

I noticed there’s been a lot of misinformation in your posts. You’ve been called out for this on the survivor subreddit.
By order of the seasons Borneo to HvsV:
Greg Buis has said he would return. He was on the ballot for Second Chances but had to decline due to his work situation.
Lex has said he would return. Kelly G has said earlier this year she would.
Vecepia and Sean both want to return but I think production won’t ever have it happen :(
Jenna has said she would come back, her and Rob C maybe? Rob said he would return a 3rd time depending on the circumstances.
Amber is finished but Boston Rob has said he would have a hard time saying no to Jeff.
Eliza has said she would return but with her political career it would be difficult.
Stephanie has said she would return, and a lot of fans want Bobby Jon back.
Ian himself has said he may return in the last couple years but the prize money would have to increase to get him to return.
Rafe can’t come back from what I understand due to conflict of interest, but production really wants Danni back.
Aras has said he would play again but I don’t think production is high on him unfortunately
Yau-Man and Earl both were open to returning. Production wants Earl back really badly.
Todd wants to come back. Amanda was not wanting to play again after HvsV but has been more open recently.
Natalie B wants to come back. Alexis was blacklisted because of the situation with James.
Stephen said he would maybe return for a third time literally earlier this year and back in 2019, but I’m not sure about JT because of the post-GameChangers situation.
Coach has said he would return and Tyson will always say yes I think
Russell has said he would return and Jeff Probst said Russell will return for the right themed season

I would also add Pumkin and New York from Flavor of Love, if it was possible.
I like the way you think. Also I know this season is still going but Shan and Richard were phenomenal.

Feel like you can’t have this season when so many of the iconic duos wouldn’t play. You would need at least 1 of:
Rob and Amber
JT and Stephen
Denise and Malcolm
Natalie and Jeremy
Tony and Sarah/ Tony and Trish
Dominic and Wendell
Dom and Wendell I think would play, I think maybe Denise and Malcom would play too

@@mightynoah1734 yeah I think so too, Dom definitely wants to play and that could persuade Wendell, but Wendell might need a couple years before coming back. I wonder if the new shorter Survivor format could entice former players more! Really would like to see Denise and Malcolm back together!

I'm glad I wasn't the only one who was immediately with South Pacific "Honestly, Christine and Stacey are probably the most likely", speaking production literally casted Christine for cussing them out and both were iconic XD
This season should definitely have Redemption Island in it if it ever happens. Giving the players the Blood vs Water option if they want to switch with the other player on the duo
The true dynamic duo is Bobby and Bruce from Panama. The two got drunk and fell asleep in a Charmin sponsored porta potty together. Enough said.
Shan/Ricard would be a perfect replacement for Tommy/Lauren.

Ricard and Shan don’t deserve hate. They’re just playing the game lmao
Honestly even though they didn't run their season together I would heavily consider the Culpeppers. They have a built in storyline with the bvw format. Brad was unfairly branded a villain which shot Monica in the foot but she overcame it all just to not get respect. To see them return together and potentially make it to the end together where they get respect would be perfect imo. Plus they are both proven finalist and comp beast in their own right

I cannot stand Missy. Her behavior in 39, and her attitude towards Karishma was ridiculous. And her student victim complex. I can go without her.

I’d rather gauge my eyes out than see Missy and Aaron return. I can’t forgive them for how they acted in Island of the Idols.

I agree. What Missy did to Chelsea and Kellee are unforgivable. I’m lucky I didn’t watch the #metoo episode cause I immediately stopped watching after Chelsea was voted out.

From 41 I would love to see Shan & Ricard/Liana and Tiffany & Evvie.
I’d love to see Amanda again but she’s become so disconnected from the entire survivor community. She deleted all of her social media accounts and no one knows where she is or what she’s up to so there is really no chance she’ll ever come back
Yeah! It’s heartbreaking because she was so great and such a good player.

@@pablo.4011 it was never production then asked the cast no one said anything when asked then days later Ricard thought that he wanted his 5 minutes of fame so he went against the rest of the cast. I would've thrown the challenge voted him off and told Probst that since we voted the crybaby off we can say guys again and no one would be offended.
nah victoria and gavin weren’t so loyal to each other and victoria literally said “gavin im votin for you man” so they take him out next, and didn’t even vote him to win
@@Drake_Dimes Oh please, production wanted it changed to virtue signal after the catastrophe that was EoE and they put the responsibility and blame on the players instead of doing it themselves.

How would this season work? One person from each duo on a dif team? Doesn’t really make sense to me. But awesome casting vid!

but wouldnt having to put less white people and more non white people mean that most of the white people would be above average and most of the non white people would be below average
they need to aim for the best cast not the most diverse cast

@@xander2cat but clearly looking at this season it has worked..? in prior seasons they’d cast who they like and would sprinkle in a black person or two to make it diverse and the name of the game was always to be a microcosm of society and america, which it rlly hasnt looked like
Mike Holloway has hurt his relationship with production. I am pretty sure that he will never play again.
Sabrina Thompson also said in her quarantine questionnaire that she won't play again.

I just do not see how you can make a duos season and not have Stephen & JT on it. And I feel like if ever there were a season of Survivor production would bring JT back it would be this and if there was a season Stephen might say yes to it would be this.
Sean and Vecepia should be on that list! I think the diversity thing is going in their favor.

Dynamic Duo, the first thing that comes to mind is Kelley and Lauren. Idk if Kelley said she'd never play again, but to me, she'd seem the type to play again. Especially with Lauren, whom, at least I get that impression from Twitter, she is still close with. I don't see Rick and Chris as a dynamic duo at all and I'd definitely hope they won't bring Chris back - instead I'd opt for the other dynamic duo of the season in Gavin and Victoria, both of whom got screwed over by EoE and should get another shot! :)

I’m not sure why you keep discounting Spencer when ge did say yes to 40 before it became WaW, I can definitely see him returning if offered the chance to.
I thought Tom was called for winners at war, said yes, but actually failed medical. I remember hearing the 4 people cut from WAW were Rich, Tina, Tom, Mike.

I heard that Todd actually was contacted for WaW, though I don't know how far along he made it in the process.
I love the duo Coach and Tyson , and Yul and Penner. I think Chris and Chad from Vanuatu are still friends, so they could be another duo to come back too. I would love seeing Chad again in survivor. I remember watching him in the challenges and doing the tasks around the camp, he was so inspiring... an example that you can overcome anything. 😊💚
I heard fishbach has said he’d return if JT was on the same season.

What happened with Jenna and Heidi
To be honest, I could see Rob C want to come back on a legends season, nothing else, his target level would be way too high at this point with how much of a figure he is in the community that he needs bigger shields in order to not have a repeat of Allstars.

Replace Tommy and Lauren with Shan and Ricard! Now that they’ve reached the end of their road and parted as friends, they should be in the thick of consideration. And they’d be far more entertaining anyway.
Imagine a Survivor spin-off where pairs of Survivor alumni compete against each other in more extreme challenges than the main series and eliminations are determined by a challenge?
Sort of like MTV's The Challenge but exclusive to Survivors and juuust unique enough to prevent any lawsuits. :)

I think all of the first forty winners should no longer be in consideration for any return. If they didn’t make S40, there’s a reason, whether it’s that they didn’t want to go, or they weren’t wanted, or both. If they did do S40, almost all of them said they were done after that, and the few who didn’t are never going to have a bigger stage than they just did.
I’d like to see Michele make a run at Amanda’s record, but now that the seasons are less than 30 days she’d have to go the distance a third time and then some. Better to leave her legacy as it is.
I’d be willing to make exceptions for Chris and Tommy, given that they won too recently to be in consideration for S40. But then I don’t really want to see either of them again anyway. Especially Tommy. He’s done with reality TV is he? I have to think the feeling’s mutual.
