One in a bazillion. His Porter in "Three Wives," Jerry in "Clash by Night" and Capt. Tom in "Panic in the Streets" are immortal, he's a hoot in "Everybody Does it," and had only he not turned down "Born Yesterday," or, particularly, had his heart not given out before filming "The Apartment," oh, my, well, the mind boggles. Wonderful episode, thanks so much.
Y'all gave a hint for the quiz in the still you showed for 14 Hours. Grace was the third person in the pic. Coincidentally, I was watching a RUclips video of hauntings in the Dakota in NYC and Judy Holliday is supposedly one of the spirits. Love the idea of a star of the month.
Thanks for doing a show on Mr. Douglas! I love him. Maybe you can give me your opinion on the ending of A LETTER TO THREE WIVES. Every time I watch this movie I feel like I have figured it out but, then doubt sets in. Was he really the one who ran away with Addie Ross and came back OR is it Brad who ran away with her??? Thanks!
Thanks for your great message,. I have always assumed it was Paul's character who ran away with Addie, but changed his mind and returned to Linda Darnell. 🙂
THANK YOU! Learned a lot about the late great Paul Douglas. Well done, indeed!
What a cast in Executive Suite! An underrated gem.
So true! That is such a star-studded film. They don't have stars like that anymore.
Indubitably! A truly powerhouse cast!
He looked like such a nice man. He looked older than his years. He is excellent in Lettwr to 3 Wives. I love The Big Lift too.

I often think about what his career would have looked like had he lived longer. He was one of my favorites!
Just watched We’re Not Married. Thanks for the recommendation ❤
Such a fun movie! so glad you watched it!
Always enjoyed him as Stewart Granger's sidekick in " Green Fire".Probably a less known film.
Wow! I had forgotten about that one. Good memory! 🙂

You have a sharp eye!! We did put in a little visual clue there. Well done. 🙂
