Good advice 👌 I put a mark in sharpie on my ratchet spanner to know which is tightening and loosening sides. Nothing worse than getting it in an awkward bolt just to have to move it cheers.
Great video what torque spanner set are you using? Also be careful of water with ebikes they are can damage even in light rain. I would cover the batteries with a bike cover and use tape over exposed ports. When parking i would put a cover over the bike etc.
. Yes thankyou very much i rotated the axel like you said came right thanks man do you jave exact link for this torque arm and one more question fo i put the torque arm on both side or just that one side?
There is no benefit to adding a torque arm to the Engwe M20. Torque arms are used on high-powered e-bikes to prevent axle spin-out and ensure safe power transfer to the wheels. 1 The Engwe M20 is not a high-powered e-bike at 1000w and does not require a torque arm. In fact, adding a torque arm to the Engwe M20 could actually make the bike less stable and more difficult to handle.
@@Unknownlondonrider really? I saw about 10 e-bikes where the shaped axle had worn away the shallow dropouts. So, in to the next bit … how does a torque arm make an ebike less stable? I’d be interested to know.
Great advice. Is in my order list. Thanks
What are the front forks you're using? The stock spring shocks are awful
You can show how to add grease planetary gears to M20
(how open hub motor)
Good advice mate ordered one👍

Late on this video but do you happen to know the rear dropout width?
can u link the washers size pls
Is it14mm or 12 mm?
14mm. There’s a link to the one I bought from Amazon in the comments buddy.
do you have the link
I couldn't even take my back wheel off cause it was jammed in there because the way they put the drop out.
Use an adjustable spanner to rotate the axle. It’ll come out.

I do keep my nuts tight 😂 sorry buddy good well explained video 👍
Fantastic mod but sadly you have to remove your rear mud guard / fender to have it on your bike!
I used the mud guard mounting arm with a couple of washers as the spacer, works fine👍
