Seriously, great custom! I was so sure NECA would be the ones to make a Super Godzilla figure after they released their NES Godzilla, but alas.
They planned on a ghost Godzilla (unmade movie concept), marvel's Godzilla and Hanna Barbera Godzilla, but Toho rejected the idea, so they might have tried Super Godzilla at one point.

A neca GMK Godzilla would work for Bagan, But playmates Destoroyah would work fine.

Can you make a custom Bagan Figure to rival this guy? Bagan is one of the very few Kaiju that you have NEVER featured on the channel. His theme from the game is also one of my favorites

That looks so good. For Bagan I've always had the Idea of creating a Frankenstein Base mixing up various parts from other figures then adding more to the sculpt.

Probably time constraints. I feel like if they had more time and the licensing issues weren't a factor, we'd be getting a Super Godzilla figure next year instead of/along with the Biollante Bile '89 coming out next month.

I remember the Super Godzilla game. He becomes Super Godzilla from a scientist you save in the game and he combines Godzilla's DNA with King Ghidorah's to make this pill that Godzilla takes in order to defeat Bagan the final boss. I'm going to make my own Super Godzilla using this video thank you!!!!!! Maybe you could use the Tokyo SOS Godzilla for Bagan?

Fantastic work! I've been eyeing one of these for a SG custom base as well, but the arms were definitely a concern since most of the sprites made it look like they were hanging a bit further out from the body on the beefier shoulders (more of a T shaped torso than the usual A shape if that makes any sense). Looks like that's not an issue here since sculpting the shoulder spikes over the arms does the job just fine.
Have you considered a larger Godzilla figure for a Bagan base instead? I feel like taking a Playmates FW Godzilla might work better considering the size difference and how THICC the neck is on that thing. Tail's also pretty thin like SNES Bagan's.
EDIT: Not the new one, the 11" one. Thought the new one with the bugged out eyes and gaps in the spine was also 11" tall.
