Nah it isnt like this for me. GCSE music is surprisingly boring although we do compose some epic music for our compositions. And the theory aint so bad cause although its just looking at sheet music and analysing it like in english, we are allowed to do it to any music we want and we also just do whatever we want if we finish early since our music teachers are actually cool.
