HEARTBREAKING. I HAVE A LOT OF WONDERFUL MEMORIES OF VISITING ASHEVILLE. ALMOST MOVED THERE ONCE. MY BEST FRIEND WAS FROM ASHEVILLE AND SHE MOVED BACK THERE. I HAVE NOT SEEN HER FOR MANY YEARS. I HOPE SHE IS OK IF SHE IS STILL THERE. HER NAME IS TAMMY BARKER.

So much destruction……there is nowhere that is safe anymore. Nowhere is safe from our new normal. I left Florida in 2018 because I can’t start over anymore, and moved to Northern Alabama…very rural.
There’s a small creek just down the road, and I fear that someday when we get 30” of rain that tiny creek will become a half mile death trap washing away every house in is path too.
I hope I am gone by then.
