I had the same issue (verticle green line) in my Vivo x60 Pro. Vivo Service centre initially they told they cannot replace screen for free of cost since some small scratches found in my phone and asked rupees 12000 for screen replacement. After lot of conversation with service centre and customer care centre Vivo service centre has changed my screen for free of cost. Thanks for exposing this issue now lot of people may benefit.

My friend faced a similar issue even after replacing a display he is frustated. So he changed to iPhone I don't know why oneplus stooped so low
OnePlus madurai service centre refuse to replace it because there is insufficient of spare parts, I asked them to place an other but they said; summit your mobile and pay the amount, it could be takes minimum 3 months to replace it. They also said, if you want immediately we suggest an authorised service centres. These official centres are collaborate with unauthorised centres and looting customers money, atlast end users are suffocated due to lack of hierarchy misguidance. TT & squad be aware of it 👍🏻

I have OnePlus 8T and got one green line. Over phone service centre told currently screen replacement not available so will provide Rs. 27000 voucher. But after a week, when checked the service centre directly, they said now the screen stocks available and can change the screens. But all depends on stock availability.

After a few months I faced the green line issue, at that time I was not aware of the situation and spent 12,000 to replace the original display (Chennai Ritchie street)
Unfortunately, this afternoon i again faced the green line issue. Again the green line appears on my phone.
Planning to go to one plus service centre tomorrow . Will they fix the issue (permanent or temporary) how long it takes to replace the display?

I have OnePlus 8t with geen line issue. Went to service centre they first looked for dent and scratches and took for free display replacement. After one week they called me and told me about coupon for mobile is 20000. Today again they called me and told me that coupon amount raised to 27000 for 8t. I am confused what to do weather I should wait for display replacement for more than 3 months or I use the coupon and I up grade to 11r. Coupon is valid till December 2023 only. What should I do

I kept that phone aside. But still paying the EMI and still 4 months EMI left for which I'm paying for not the phone

Actually panagal park service centre has spare parts for 1+8 , 9 series they didnt ask me anything or reminded me of if any water damages found the display wont be changed at free of cost...they just asked my affected 1+8 and they said it will take 10 days to replace ... i suggest to change your display,s at free of cost

Hi, green line appeared on my Samsung M52 5g phone from last week. We took it to the Samsung authorized service centre in chennai. They checked and said it will take 8000rs to replace the screen. I bought this phone in Feb 2022. I really not sure this screen issue is covered under warranty or will they replace the screen free of cost. Need your suggestion.
