- This sequence of railway videos I made in the 1990s were an attempt to record something of the final decade of locomotive-hauled rosters between Preston and Blackpool North Stations, mainly featuring classes 31 and 37. There are also a few DMUs of that time, a brief period of visits by HST125s and the last tanker train workings from ICI Thornton.

Remember seeing those trains go past, from my school in north Blackpool.
Preferred before Railtrack took over, Built these Ugly Electrification Installations That left a scar on this beautiful route all the way out to Blackpool, This brings back Memories being on these trains before Electrification.
