The Taste is going to be hard for you to Imagine if you never experience any foods like this.

But I don’t think John have enough knowledge in this area because somehow the bird decay really fast and there are a lot of flies. Maybe it is due to the humidity and different in environments (including insects) between the Japanese fishing village he currently is in and back in England.
