Gotta first drift forward then start switch up from regular to switch if u don’t know what switch is it’s just switch ur stance forward to backwards
Love the video but filming yourself with camera in front of face is very dangerous. I was reading about Michael Schumacher head injury and theory was go pro helmet mount was factor. Camera can hit forehead
You could have gone snowboarding at Sunshine Village, Banff Alberta. It closes May long weekend every year.
So does this feel more like skateboarding or snowboarding?
I’m a decent snowboarder but an
Absolute trash skateboarder.
Happy to see you getting out there having some fun off the mountain. These travel restrictions are madness especially out here (Ontario). Getting back into skateboarding to keep me entertained for the time being! Keep it up homie! :D
Is this board still just a gimmick or is it actually a proper board now, I mean does it ride and not break all the time?
Your side slides and edge control are amazingly sick 😂😂😂😂❤
I live in the southern United States Tennessee to be exact and we don’t get much snow so this is really cool too me
Did you get the launch pads?
Did you throw the foot holds on yet
Next ride I’m going to try the foot holds!
@@SnowboardProCamp great. I love your videos. Love the SBX. My 10 year old son and I watch your videos and ride the summerboard as well. He cruises and slides at 25 mph plus. Great to see you on it. Looking forward to your next videos.
Kevin, tell me about the shoes you are wearing…thanks, Mark
okay these are sick but $1600??? what the absolute fuck lol
Yeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww!!!
Yewwww
Hell ya!!!!
Where can I get one? 😅
Why not, just, you know, skateboard.
They have ones called freeboards also,
Freeboarding is crazier
It’s the same lol
@@Ghostyfrost9688 I’d like to see you bomb a 30% decline on that thing lol, you can only do so much with that. Not saying it’s not cool, but you can’t go as fast my guy
It'd be easier to learn to E-Freebord (Summerboard/LeifTeck) on a Freebord. Also put the bindings on!
Carving that pavement 😩👌
Sometimes we run it from the public eye. I'm right here for you. The skill set. To do what we need to do on a honest level. Who can do that? Who wants to do it. When you see me on the highway. I had to just pack and go. I can't live a lie. Will a day come when I finally get to you?
If you wore a skate shoe it would help your stability
Just got a pair! Thanks man!
Just get a one wheel. They are amazing, you can do trails and jumps when you get it.
the whole point is this and freebords are pretty much simulating snowboards. Its not a gimmick they have the same mechanics in mind. I own a onewheel as well, and it is nothing like snowboarding, although still fun as hell, just not the same. Don't mock it till you've given it a proper go bud.
Agreed, it looks fun. Just looks like it’s limited to very flat concrete. I’m all about the electric board life. Have 3 electric skateboards and 2 one wheels.
@@woodywoodpecker3643 this is way closer to snowboarding. You really should go for it if you have the money
Does it butter tho?
The faster you go the easier it is to carve
Getting use to more speed!
Anyone knows how this compares to the Evolve Gtr electric board?
That's like comparing an apple to a carrot
@@yeti_riding5612 how about a rip stick seems like the same concept with the middle wheels but then you can use the standard skateboard wheels to “edge”
@@fudgicles1000 can't slide on a rip stick, also a rip stick has independent front and back, very different mechanics.
I got one of these just after season ends, I was planning to do a review on the summer board in a snowboarders perspective too!
Hey I think they are supposed to have the straps it makes it much eaiser
Hi
Thanks for checking this out! I’ve been looking at it as a commuter board, but the learning curve with the spinners has me scared for being on busy roads
Looks sick, but the price point on this thing is ridiculous!
Freebord is the real thing. Try it 🤙
This is a freebord with motors
More importantly a freebord with brakes
Cool. I got a freeboard. Its like a unmotorised version.
if i could afford one id get one lol
I really think that you would like the Onewheel better. It is a much easier learning curve. Carving on it feels like a powder day
Yes I've been wanting to find a summer version of snowboarding!
You at missing the binding part that come with the board. Without the binding you are not getting the true experience,
