Today we take a tour of the Whitehouse Beach Club, located in the parish of Westmoreland, Jamaica. Offered here are Villas with modern designs and styles. Positioned on a sloping terrain, just overlooking the sea.
These homes are perfect vacation homes and/or ideal investment properties. With some home owners converting and offering them as Air B 'n' B. The completion timeline of this project is slated for December 2024 where there will be a Clubhouse, Beach park, Gym, Restaurant, Swimming pool, recreational parks among other amenities.
The Beach Club will be fully secured with controlled access. Each home will come with it's own Solar Water Heater and Water tank.
