The guy in the jeans was Jimin! He was a top student in contemporary at his arts school! Bts themselves also has their own choreographer. I recommend watching their MMA 2018 performance!
My bias is Jimin! He's the one in the gray shirt and he's the main dancer of the group alongside Jhope (the one in the green shirt). Jimin majored in contemporary/modern dance and sub majored in balet and Korean tradicional dance and was the top student of his department, he also learned hip hop and popping since he was young and did years of martial arts, and he's also incredible at acrobatics and tumbling so clearly an incredible dancer super versatile and his dance line is outstanding and one of the things he's most known for.

My prediction is that Jimin is going to be your bias. He has a background in contemporary dance and is insanely good. J-hope is by far my favorite dancer. He was a underground street dancer for 10 years and he can do it All girl. (My bias wrecker) ..Jungkook is insanely good as well. (The one that lifted his shirt..(my bias). After watching this video, I can confirm Jimin is your fave dancer. You’ve pointed him out in all the dance practices so far. He is the most skilled dancer in the group. And it’s cool you pointed out his lines - he has some of the most beautiful lines I’ve ever seen in any dancer. He’s a very talented dancer with a very versatile background (most versatile in bts) which is why his techniques stand out. He and the guy with the green shirt (whom you’ve also pointed out in the dance practice) are both the main dancers of the group
Jimin is bias.... and he´s the one in jeans. He was an advanced student in contenporary dance and modern dance before BTS. Also, the one in green Jacket is J-Hope; he´s the dance lider of the group. He´s really good at hip-hop dance, freestyle, etc. (but yeah... I love them all)

The guy in jeans is Park Jimin. There are two main dancer in BTS and he is one of them. Jimin is known for his beautiful dance line. He practises really hard, all of them do but he is especially known for working hard. Please react to Jimin’s Serendipity performance and Lie performance.
Jimin is my bias. He was the top student upon entry of Busan School of Arts and the first to be a male top student for contemporary dance. Hope you react to his solo song(serendipity) or dance. Jimin topped Gallup Korea’s survey of most preferred idol of 2018.

In recent yrs medias repeatedly reffering jimin as main dancer, lead vocalist & they don't include jhope either but who knows bts, know jhope is a amazing dancer. Medias also getting confusing bcuz bts positions are ranked according to vocals not by dancing line. Jhope dance leader bcuz he always teach the dancing steps to the members who are going hard times. But jimin is going with the main dancer title. Jimin also told, after jhope he's incharge with the dancing.
(in ptractical terms)-But u don't need to ask any one if look at impartially at the members dancing u can see jhope & jimin standout the most.

He is the main dancer of the group along with Jhope the guy wearing the short in the dance practice. And again, he was a top contemporary dancer wayback and also professionaly trained in locking & popping, ballet,hiphop & street dancing. SERENDIPITY please check live performance in Love yourself tour at LA fancam by BCD. Dance was choreographed by Brian Puspos. Both performances are equally breathtaking. It was actually two of the most spectacular solo performances I've ever watched in an idol so far..

@@meiong5206 I actually watched all her previous reaction videos and yes he keeps on pointing to Jimin that I keep on leaving comments as well for some introduction about him along with the other comments referring to Jimin, but yet in this video she doesn't even know his name or any other member.😏 I'm not even sure if she was able to read those comments coz if she did maybe she can definitely identify him. I just hope she can learn all the member's name. I find it more pleasant if she can identify each member and call them by their names..😊

Jimin is absolutely the best dancer for me since you asked.Jhope is my second choice. Honestly it's a matter of preference. Jimin is actually considered as one of the most versatile & best dancer in kpop. He can perform in any type of dance genre and can execute all that types even beyond expectation. He has a great musicality and ability to convey the music with his expressive moves and facial expression. Anyway it's for you to do the judgement. I don't want to put words in your mouth, so I suggest you better see it for yourself. Having a dance skills and ability you'll surely appreciate those performances. I love how you been pointing out in most of your videos Jimin and I do pick him as best dancer. I respect all opinions this is just mine. He is also one of the best in Kpop and talk about a lot by dancers, other kpop idols and professionals and his dance lines as you pointed it out is one of the reasons his in the top too. When you have a dancing experience he really does stood out to you when watching these videos. They are all great and amazing, but you can really see the professional training in him. The whole emphasis of FAKE LOVE, choreography wise, is hauntingly beautiful. The elegance and cleanliness many of the parts portray try to cover up the destructive nature and desperation of having to fight the hardships of “fake love” from yourself or someone else. The whole puppet or marionette act of being controlled by the fake love, the feeling of a flower not being able to bloom, to even brilliantly incorporating the saying “See no evil, Hear no evil, Speak no evil” into the chorus part. The emphasis of how scary and hurtful the chore portrays, from them constantly falling on their knees in desperation as well as violently being tossed around and torn apart by the fake love as if they were like puppets.
A great, powerful song/choreo visually but rooted with ocean deep symbolism. ARTISTS

Bts has a storyline running through their mvs. But to summarise it's about facing trauma. And that you need to love yourself first, in order for others to love you. Otherwise it's fake love. You can interpret the take love towards yourself, or to love in relationships.
In the storyline however the trauma they're facing is important. Suga's is fire. Jhope is abandonment. Jimin is water, RM is himself. Jin I would say is time, and Jungkook is well I don't remember.
Anyways there is also alot of symbolism in the dance and mv. E.g. them touching their eye mouth, and ears in the dance is meant to be "See no evil, speak no evil, and hear no evil." But I could just be remembering wrong and that may actually be for blood sweat and tears. Also the masks are another huge symbolism along with dark vs light, flower and sand. Etc. Fire, water.

J-Hope is the danceleader he was a streetdancer for 10 years, and Jimin the grey shirt was contempery dancer. In Bts danceline is Jungkook, J-Hope Jimin, V
I'm OT7 so I don't necessarily have a bias.
The guy in green - J-Hope was part of a dance crew and before BTS he had participated and I believe won a few freestyle dance competitions. He is the groups "Dance Leader", so when it comes to finalizing the choreo with their cheorographers the members trust in J-Hope to look it over as well as help teach them. The memebers have said that getting dance compliments from him is the ultimate form of happiness.
The one in grey/ripped jeans- Jimin went to an arts school where he trained in primarily in contemporary and I think ballet, but I'm not sure if it was the whole time or just a class. He was recognized as a top student.
He also received a cultural award for his fan dance, that he performed during BTS' 2018 Melon Music Awards "Who Are You" Performance.

They have an intense work and training schedule but they’re seasoned pros. They sometimes get on Vlive and go share an evening meal or chat with ARMY and JK has mentioned that they work out after their concert. Similar to other athletes after a game of hockey or basketball. You don’t have to pick a favorite. Im an OT7, but my bias is RM.

i honestly knew from Idol that you were gonna focus mostly on jimin in fake love too , his style is definetely unique and stands out, theyre all fantastic but yeah we all have our prefrences.

the best dancer thing is really a matter of personal preference when it comes to technique, you have hobi (jung hoseok), the guy in the green floral shirt i guess? he wore shorts in the first clip? and hes the dance leader and most people would say the best dancer of bts, he has a street dance background and is absolutely amazing, then you have jimin, the guy with the ripped jeans, who has a background in contemporary dance and has beautiful fluid movement (my personal favourite to watch), then you have jungkook (plain blue shirt guy) and taehyung (black shirt guy) who are also amazingly talented. despite them not being in the dance line though, yoongi, namjoon and jin are really good as well.

Tae is not part of the dance line. What Mr. Son said was not official, he only said it as a compliment to Tae for pulling off the choreo in Singularity. Tae's dancing definitely improved a lot but I don't think he's in line with the 3J, even in the year end performances only 3J got dance solos.

but for dance in general jhope is the best dancer (the one in green that you said had a lot of technique)he's always the first to learn the choreo(in around 10 minutes i believe) and teach the others
I don't know if you'll see this among the many comments/requests but:
So many of their dance moves are symbolic & they have talked about the meaning behind the choreo in Fake Love. They repeat the "See not evil, hear no evil, speak no evil" mime throughout. Also, the marionette moves reflect the control that Fake Love has over them as they try to break free of it. Another trope is the mask. They do the mirror move to symbolize being forced to face yourself. All these are explored in their MV which adds many more visual symbols that are part of the Bangtan Universe of stories that run through their songs & videos for the past six years. Everything. is. connected. ;-)

When watching these practices I always tend to search for Jimin (ripped blue jeans) and watch his feet, his turnout is so unreal and how he carries that through to his lines just manages to suck me in every time. I’m no dancer but have read quite a few analysis on his style and studied so many of the fancams and it’s really taught me how to really appreciate his take on the choreography with a bit more of an educated view. They all are amazing dancers, so in my opinion there is no best one in the group, they all interpret and perform the choreography in their own way, but it’s the synergy of them all performing together that really sets them apart from everyone else 💜

In K-Pop groups they have what is called a Dance Line ( also Vocal Line and Rap Line ). Up until last year BTS' Dance Line was Jimin (guy in jeans), J-Hope (guy in green wearing shorts), and Jungkook (guy who lifted his shirt). Last year V (guy who is at the front in their starting position of this performance) was added to the Dance Line.
You got Jimin spot on. He started out learning Pop n lock in 8th grade, then later at his Arts high school focused on Contemporary and Modern Ballet. J-Hope was a freestyle Hip Hop dancer before BTS for many years. He was in a dance crew (Neuron) and even won a notable National dance competition. Jungkook didn't have any focused, specialized training in dance before BTS, but had enough of an aptitude for it that BigHit sent him to the U.S. before their debut to get some specialized training.
In K-Pop you will see the terms Main Dancer and Lead Dancer often. In BTS Jimin and J-Hope are the Main Dancers and Jungkook is the Lead Dancer. Generally speaking in K-Pop the Main Dancers are those who have had dedicated dance training before joining their group and thus have specialized training they bring to performances. So they are often given the solo dance parts, and center position in dance breaks in group performances. Lead Dance is basically just that, the person who spends the most time at the center of dance formations. I say "generally speaking" because, in the case of BTS they basically do whatever works best for the performance. For example V has taken the role of Lead Dancer in several songs. Same with Lead and Main Vocal/Rapper. They just do what works for the song. And those terms were created for use with the larger group ( 9 or more members ) anyways to help songwriters/producers/choreographers to know who could do what in the group.
Anyways this is reaching novel length so I will stop. Thank you for your reaction and insight into the styles of dance that have been incorporated into these routines. It is very much appreciated!

guy in green floral shirt and shorts was J-Hope and he’s their best dancer (all the members agree and so does their choreographer lol)! he has a background in dance (specifically street dance) for 10+ years before training to be a rapper for BTS. Grey sweater and jeans is Jimin and he as background in contemporary dance, he really shines in this choreo :) Blue shirt is Jungkook and he’s also a part of the dance line with the other two. You have a great eye. Jimin (guy in the jeans) was trained in contemporary before joining BTS. Which is why I think he really stands out in this style. He just has that natural grace and technique that finally gets a chance to shine in more lyrical pieces. There are 3 other members of the dance line. J-Hope (dude in the green top and shorts) was a underground hip-hop dancer, and he's actually the Dance Leader of the group. A great video to watch if you want to get to know them better, is "Who is BTS? Seven Members of Bangtan." I love seeing reactions from a fellow dancer and I really appreciate your commentary!

Again you got it right again lol. First guy you pointed out and you observed his knees is J-Hope who have a street dance background. The guy in the gray with torn jeans is Jimin with modern dance (and pop n lock) background.
