When our loved ones age, FAMILY must stay in close touch. I don't mean to stay in touch for money, but to protect our aging family members. LONELINESS is a HUGE factor, especially if their mate has passed on. Even the so-called "helpful neighbors" can start circling, be leery of churches also asking for "donations" I have been through this with a loved one. Even a neighbor (who was a Doctor) was sniffing around and stated to me that he wanted to purchase my loved one's home. I stayed overnight, since I had the creepy vibe that he was going to trick my relative into signing a document. I'm NOT impressed with Dr.'s, Atty's and such. We live in a jungle and NOT ALL SHARKS SWIM IN THE OCEANS! Take care of your elderly family members!

I know this all too well. Thru a series of events, both executors of Mom & her now-deceased husband's will are his relatives. His nephew also has power of attorney & is in charge of ensuring good care of MY Mom at a nursing care home far from me. He does not as I had to send clothes and make instructions for her care. I call staff & her daily, but she is frail. I fear the "he's such a nice guy" is a charlatan as I have caught him lying several times. It's gonna be ugly when Mom dies.

@@jetgorgon269 I am so sorry this has happened to your mother, and to you. I'm really leary when I hear. "he/she is so NICE!" My Mom is in assisted living, and still gets requests for money, even though I called her church and asked them to stop. They're wasting their time, since her chechbook and credit cards are not in her possession. Take care, js

Of course they can. They have everything necessary. Evil beings are imbedded in the systems of this world for evil purposes&enlist others' assistance by various methods very effectivily! Blackmail, bribes, threats&promisies, etc.abound! Masterful manipulations aid them&spiritual entitities work tirelessly to destroy good people whenever possible. We can see this is true, right? But in due time everyone will be given what is their eternal reward or punishments unendingly! The CREATOR of heaven&earth, the waters&all that is within them promises this&will do it without fail! So do good&be eternally blessed.......or do evil&get eternally punished! Simple as that! Learn the TRUTH&live it&be rewarded....or do evil&be tortured forever knowing you could have repented&been forgiven! Brothers&sisters the choices are yours to make now....why wait? LOVE ONE ANOTHER& we will be in heaven!

"this has to be done fast or the opportunity will be lost." is one of the oldest methods in the scammers handbook... and for as long as i can remember... They would have lost massive time and money in addition to the case. The attesting witnesses to the will were available and testified under oath as to the veracity of the will signing ceremony. That's more than enough to have the will admitted to probate. These kind of crimes are the perfect crime and it happens all the time.

In Islamic law, the person can indeed give some of his assets to anyone he like whilst he's healthy and strong. But if he is too ill or weakened by age, he can cannot give his assets to one person, unless, the person is the only rightful heir. The rightful heirs are: wife, children and parents. In the absence parents, the grandparents will get their share.
If there are no direct heirs such as above, the siblings and cousins will come in respectively.
Under no circumstances are the strangers allowed to share.

There is nothing wrong with leaving your money to a ministry of your choice. It’s not evil to be a church and of course they run on giving. How else would they run? It’s called charitable. You should be ashamed of yourself for never displaying charity but also for disparaging those who do. What is this nutty world coming to?

Cases like this happen more often than people realize. But, w/out wanting to seem bigoted or racist(aren't we all so scared of being PC now days?), why do I keep thinking these women sound like gypsies? Check out the American TV show 20/20 episode titled "The Sweetheart Swindle". This sounds similar. They didn't kill the "sweetheart" but what they did to his father was criminal! And that case started with a woman & w/out him realizing it, she set with up wither own young daughter as his girlfriend/wife.
