Hi Brian, it's my turn to fight the battle. Hope I'm as strong as you...heading to Cycle 2 of chemo on Thursday. Hope you're looking down on me. Miss you lots. Prayers for strength and healing. Your girls are doing well. Love you. Your sister in law, Michele💙

Thank you both for sharing your stories. I know that this is not a happy ending but for more who know the more we can study and save. May God bless your families. My fiance died of stage 5 brain cancer. He was gone in a few short months. In the end all that matters is how well do I love and enjoy those in my life over many other things. Life is fragile don't waste time on things that don't bring joy, or laughter.

Coincidently I watched this today, two days before my colonoscopy. This puts the importance of screenings into perspective and I am thankful for the technology we have today. I thought this was going to be another TGR ski film and it ended up being far more than that. Really makes you think.

My heart pours out to you and I will keep you in my prayers, Brian & Tate and your sweet sweet families. I lost my childhood best friend to Lung cancer 5 years ago...I wanted to suck it out of her like in The Green Mile movie, it was truly devastating to say the least. God bless ♥️🙏🏼💙

what a great film, so real and true....I have stg 4 prostate, 13 months till the day diagnosed. so happy to say treatments went well, latest blood work excellent...the emotions, insights & feelings expressed by Brian & Tate are so accurate, so correct...the gifts cancer brings are real...you do find a feeling of peace & appreciation...what really matters gets put into perspective as part of the process...a major reason for my improved was health by drinking, iEssiac Tea, it really works....

Live big everyday! Push yourself to be where you want, then ski the steep and deep back the the valley. We all are going to have to face an end of one sort or another. Leave tracks in nearly impossible places and then rest in peace.

Wow what an adventure! And yes everyday is a blessing and a day of love for what is in store. No not always fair or easy but no one ever said it would be but it is worth living...everyday. And in Gods time you will be healed because His promise is true! He left to prepare a place for us! I will pray and ask for healing because God is good all the time!

Sadly this happened to a good friend of mine Michael Thomas Daniel aka “LionKing”, also an Appalachian trail thru hiker, and his story is very similar to yours. Stay strong as long as you can, and in the end rest my friend. Vapors 05
