What a nice resting place for Chris. It's terrific watching you put your love into this project.
Thank you! I find that creating urns is quite special, and I always feel honored.
Every video is a master class. Thank you for sharing your knowledge. RIP Chris
I’m trying to grow this channel to continue sharing. Please tell your friends. Thank you tons
Serious talent on display here, folks. Thanks a lot for the demo.
Thank you for the good words…I appreciate it!
Been watching your videos for a while and loving them. You have great tips, like using drill bits for spacers, for one. But, I really want to thank you (and Kevin Riddell) for giving me permission to use a belt sander on my furniture projects. At first, though, too much dust just using the dust bag, but when I saw you using yours I noticed the small adapter that allowed me to hook up my vacuum. What a game changer that was. I'd like to meet you in about 1,000 years and talk woodworking with the master carpenter.
Hello Ted! Thanks for the good words. Yep, I agree…belt sanders are awesome and sooo underutilized! Talking shop would be great!
Agree, the little details are what make a piece go from good to great. People often don't know why, but the overall effect is next level.
I can’t help myself at times…l love the effect and I want my customers to be extremely pleased! Much thanks.
Your marquetry work is simply amazing. Beautiful work all around!
Marquetry is my therapy! Thanks a ton for watching 🙏🏼
Great video as always. Thanks for always sharing your years of knowledge..it's helped my woodworking so much. God bless bro!
This is a great comment to see first thing in the morning! Thank you tons!
Looks perfect!!! Great work 👏 👍
Thank you so much…I appreciate it!
As always, thanks for sharing.
And as always…thanks for watching!
It looks great you had me with that block plane and the splines 😂😂
Ha ha…that’s one slow way to do it. 😆 Thanks man
That was a fantastic video. I love watching you make the double bevel marquetry look so easy. I guess that comes from years of practice and in this case, the letters look amazing. I need to remember your tip to cut splines at the bandsaw since I typically do them with a flush trim saw but it's slow. Thanks for another fantastic video - it made today's bike workout much more enjoyable :-)
Love doing marquetry…It’s such a fun and rewarding experience. I think I learn every time I do it!
I usually eyeball cutting splines and “bump” into the box sides! 😡😆So I thought it would be worth it to have a low fence! Thanks for watching David!
Great content as always Ramon.
Thank you! I appreciate this
" the challenge is part of the fun" i get that Ramon. What finish did you put on?
Great work as always.
Right!? Thanks. Here I used Waterloux in a satin finish on the inside. I love that stuff. And a medium rubbed lacquer on the rest.
@@ramonartful thanks Ramon, I've not heard of that, finishing is not my strong point.
