A soulful player with an amplifier played there for maybe a decade, before I moved west. Beautiful music that absolutely carries me away...

I was listening to "Cometh the Storm" by High on Fire when suddenly this song started playing. I am Turkish and was amazed at how beautifully Jeff plays the bağlama. High on Fire is one of the best underground bands.

Bro no way I’m so stoked for the upcoming album. Been listening to old stringed instruments like that lute lately so it’s really sick to see one of my favorite bands incorporating it into the music. Especially you guys! That shit sounds insane!!
HoF almost always covered all 3 axis of sound really well - Matt's riffs comes straight at your face, Des then and Coady now, both have huge wide thunderous sounds, and Jeff has that fathomless musical depth and nuance. All 3 dimensions covered. I can't wait.

🎉🎉🎉 I remember the midnight release of Luminefarus. Gazebo on a Sunday Night in August..it was Hot 🔥 and a Bonfire with Headphones 🎧... Changed my life and never forget that fire, all my trash burned away in ash and felt cleansing
