"The atman is beyond all. It is the ultimate reality". That was a stunning statement. Beyond profound. I don't think I will ever see things the same way again. Your videos are phenomenal.
"It is what is is" as they say. The graphic you used of "the screen of consciousness" and just "moving through like a feather, unaffected" was spot on! Thanks J. I wish you the best on your upcoming tours. Wish I could be there! C
Like so many realizations along this path, you don’t know where you are going until you get there, and when you get there you know that is where you were going.
I'm always so impressed with your level of knowledge, Jason. Thank you for sharing with us so generously. I do hope that you will make another documentary as beautiful as the one you did on Synchronicity. I've read several "no self" autobographies like Bernadette Roberts and Suzanne Segal and both described their experience after the change similarly, "I do what is before me to do." So I was able to understand what you were saying in this podcast. I've tried it and it is very satisfying. Life tends to lay before you appropriate acts for you to perform with no pressure or worry about goals and objectives.
Thank you so much Jason. Very informative. 😊 it has catapulted me into deep self inquiry today. Although who is actually writing this comment? 😂❤ thanks mate.
Timely as always Jason, you seem to settle on topics my mind has been ruminating on. Dare i say the answers and questions seem to blur into a simple truth. more and more I see myself looking down on my Jiva quizzically almost I find a smile as if to say what is or has he got himself into this time. shanti shanti shanti.
Absolutely love this Jason. It was really helpful in reminding me of the importance of non attachments. It puts everything about life in a proper perspective; this life is temporary. Anything temporary isn't true or real. Shanti! Shanti! Shanti! Appreciate your commitment to sharing this beautiful, scared knowledge.
You realize that you are creating the structure that you call reality. That this structure is in service to you, alway. So you stop fighting this structure and allow it to serve you. You just assume that everything is for your greatest joy, passion, and your highest potential of experience, but not the humans, but the true you. The I exist, this takes trust in your self. When you have that absolute trust in you. It can't be a mental thought, but a knowingness, a realization, a open heart. Thats when life begains to flow, nothing to worry about nothing to fear. Everything just comes to you, in service to you. No matter what it appears to be, It isn't In service to you. Good and bad goes out the window. There is only what is,and it is in service to you.
It's like a robot is behaving as per preset instructions and then some consciousness just attached to it. A robot will behave whether consciousness is inside or not. Whereas consciousness starts perceiving a robot as itself as some independent thing. This is the illusion of self of material world. Technical details given to it as standing waves created by AUM are like this robot and consciousness is independent and beyond this material mathematical world.
Hello mate ,There's nothing as "AUM" ,it's called OM and it's read as that .The three words A U M when combined (due to sandhi rule in sanskrit grammar) sounds as OM only .I told you this because i see that some people with no knowledge of sanskrit and it's grammar are spreading misinformation quoting Upnishads, maybe you were misinformed by that . It's true that Upnishad breaks the sound OM but that doesn't mean we change it's sound pronunciation to AUM .And if you still don't believe me, i would suggest you to do some research on this yourself .🙂
We have sandhi rule in Hindi grammar too ,try studying it and apply on आ + ऊ which will become ओ .Since both are svar ,so you just need to study svar sandhi in this case .
My flow tells me "hey out socks on you know you can't sleep without socks on" Only to put on the worst possible pair of socks I currently own... over sticky medicated toes... -_-
(1) Prajnanam Brahma - Consciousness is Brahman; (2) Aham Brahmasmi - I am Brahman: (3) Tat Tvam Asi - That Thou Art; (4) Ayam Atma Brahma - This Self is Brahman. 1st I had to learned these 4 mahavakya only after i was able to Astavakra Gita.
Genuine question. When you said 'I do the needed.' Who is the I? I realise that I am the awareness that is aware of the actions being done. I am not the doer has gotten me in a fix. I've been going over so many videos and now you post one on it. Could you /someone here help
I is the ego. This time instead of identifying with the body it identifies with the atman. Since it identifies only atman, there is no you and I, just like the eyes sees the food, the legs bring the body to it, the hands take it and brings it to the mouth, the teeth grinds it, the tongue tastes it and the stomach digests it, the molecules reach the cells, converts to energy, energy runs the mind, mind is with the atman. The flow is complete.
Jeez. The more people mess with themselves, mess with philosophy or religion, the greater the suffering. There is NO goal. Body is alive! Same all life. Alive!
Please read the hindu texts Sri Krishna did not died in the battlefield of Kurukshetra... His Departure is another saga on its own.. although yuga description is very good... please be factually correct 🙏VANDE PURUSHATTAMAM 🙏
What are you talking about? Jason has mentioned time and again that Krishna ascended to Vaikuntha. He speaks the truth and actual knowledge. You need to be factually correct when you make false statements. I'm sure a great teacher like Jason cares that you need to validate him, a complete stranger. Obviously I'm being sarcastic. He's been teachings Sanatana Dharma for over a decade and we respect him in India. Maybe you should try and have respect too?
I don't like that he calls that book "the greatest spiritual story ever told" or whatever. I mean, that's your opinion man. What if I said, "according to Beavis and Butthead, the greatest cartoon ever made, you are a fartknocker." Lol
How do i know what the world needs from me. I made an decision out of jiva to start studying psychology but that comes from the “want” part of me. I almost finished my study and then what? How do i know what is needed from me? 🥲

Beautifully shared Jason, love it when the truth is shared so clearly.
Thank you for the depth that you bring to my practice. I am grateful for all that you share. Namaste 🕉️💜🙂

Great wisdom. Thank you Jason for clarifications :-)
One of the best channels on YT!
Excellent video, thank you
Thanks for posting nicely put.
It helps me to remember my pure self. As in Gurdjieff fourth way.

You are an absolutely marvelous teacher. Can you comment on how to respond to worldly evil…climate change, fascism, etc., while still on this plane?
Right on! 💜🕉☮️☯️

There is nothing.
It is empty.
There is no abiding self. AN- atta. Anatta. No self.

How do you uncover the Atman?
I flip in between Jiva and yes it creates pain.
