Cool boat tour no engine no loud good for the Klong.safe energy.I like that.sir.Have a nice day.but I always love the idea from NED.by bicycle.go around the town and city.🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲🚲
Thanks friend Jeroen for the new video. Amazing tour of the canals of one of BKK's floating markets. And being from the Netherlands, you do know about channels. 😁 Happy Holidays! 🎄✨
Absolutely brilliant thank you! I'm really looking forward to going there and checking it out. This is my favourite kind of videos. Paradoxically, it is quite difficult to find opportunities to speak Thai in Bkk and I'm looking for interesting places to go to, away from the centre of town, where there will be more locals who don't speak English. Thanks for including the cost for the taxi, it's always a good idea to negotiate price before getting in and it's useful to know the going rate. I've finally found out how to register and insure my drone in Thailand. It's a fairly easy and inexpensive process in the end so definitely worth doing to get interesting and beautiful shots like the ones you included in your video. Thanks again. I'm super excited to be going there; I'll try and convince my husband to come along but he hates walking around in the heat lol All the best
It's a really cool daytrip. The market itself is mostly indoor. Maybe your husband can join as the weather is not that hot at the moment. The taxi was on the meter by the way, in this part of town they don't usually negotiate. Enjoy your trip :-)
Jeroen does the Bangkok MRT work with a credit card on apple pay? ie tap with my iPhone. After being in Singapore which has an amazing MRT which accepts Apple Pay it should be a no brainer for Bangkok. Unless it’s changed, I think the BTS does not accept card tap. Please advise.
It's funny but I was at this market in November but I went there using a private boat from the klongs (I didn't need to take a boat ride from the market!) and on the road leading to Lat Mayon I stopped at another market next to a temple where there are no Westerners and where the locals looked at me with big eyes (on the other hand you have to speak a little Thai because no one did not speak English!). Lat Mayon is typically Thai, there are few Westerners there and few people speak English in this market.
I also mentioned the Taling Chan Floating Market : ruclips.net/video/4r4eT1Txmd4/видео.html
Even after 15 years, there is so much more to Discover in Beautiful Greater Bangkok. Thonburi have his own Atmosphere. 🙏
Beautiful and peaceful way to spend an afternoon. Thank you Jeroen for sharing.

Bedankt!! Leuke reactie, ben blij te horen dat de videos je bevallen.
There's a free electric shuttle bus from MRT Bang Khun Tan exit 3 to this market
Good to know!! Thank you for sharing.
It's a very nice floating martket and relaxing.
Full greenery and natural still can find very easily in Bkk such a perfect city in the world

สวัสดีค่ะ🙏🇹🇭
Where is this market located Jeroen?
How long was the paddle boat ride? Nice vid
The paddle boat was about 1 hour.

I don't think Apple Pay works. I think only credit cards. On the BTS for sure not, because the gates can not scan the cards.

You where probably at Wat Saphan Floating market. The boat tours bring you there. I have not been there yet. Good plan for a next video :-)
@@globaltravelmate Yes it was Wat Saphan Floating Market. But the market is small
I'm coming soon in 1st week of February 2025.. lol
Thank you and liked your video. Which day did you go? Is this floating market open every day of the week?
It's only open in the weekends.
