Such a cool place and great video as always! You may recall we stayed in Chidlom last year and went to the Central Embassy our last day there. Can’t wait to be back there (May 2025!)
What a fun video to get everyone in the spirit of the festive season be it Xmas or Hanukkah, hard to think it's possible but Bangkok just keeps getting better each year, thanks.
In recent years, Thailand’s luxury market has grown very strongly to be worth $5 billion USD surpassing Singapore’s $4 billion USD luxury market. Unlike Singapore, where market is largely sustained by tourist spending, particularly on luxury watches and jewelry, Thailand’s luxury sector thrives on high local demand for fashion.
Thank you very much for the tip! I’ll check it out next week and maybe pretend that I’m at a Christmas market back home in Vienna now that I’m back home in Bangkok! Or is the other way around? Sorry, I guess I’m still a little confused from the jetlag.🙃
Korea's Dior pop up store cladded facade in silver while Bangkok 's colour scheme is gold.Just wonder other countries would be changed its appearance when officially endorsed for the next one.

@@cloudzero1547yep, I agree with you... Even Apple stores in ASEAN are only in Thailand and Singapore (Malaysia just opened recently). So it's no wonder that Thais don't have money to buy Dior because Thailand and Singapore are leaders in almost everything in this region...
@@30allarox It's not strange that people go there to take pictures because it's the first pop-up store in Thailand. It looks beautiful and should be taken and posted on IG, like a pop-up store In S.Korea, most people go there to take pictures.... (it seems like there are only 2 in Asia). It's different from shop in a department store where everyone goes there specifically to buy things. I don't think anyone would go brand-name's shop in department store to take pictures.. nothing interesting
Bangkok verliert zunehmend an Charm.
Bangkok never lost its charm because of shopping malls. Bangkok has zones for development based on the criteria that have been considered. The old city conservation zone is almost impossible to build anything, not even a skytrain line or overpass. Pathumwan-Siam Square area used to be just a suburb, while Sukhumvit and Asoke used to be just rice fields. The charm of Bangkok is the mix of diversity.. Thailand is the only country in Southeast Asia that has not been colonized because of its uniqueness in adaptability. Thailand has its own distinctive traditions and cultures that reflect our own spirit, such as Songkran and Loi Krathong, and we are proud of them. For Thailand, Christmas or vegetarianism are just alternative activities for those who are interested, not traditions, and not for most Thais.
Wow 👌 beautiful
Bangkok must be the coolest city on earth. Just WOW
If you like shopping Centers without end and less and less ' typical Bangkok', this is the right place for you.. ... 😢
@@thai_curry But Bangkok has both, that's why it's so cool

Great footage. I think you said T-one instead of One City Centre towards end. Thanks for this one. I have so many memories of Central Chitlom.
Correct, I said the office tower wrong :-)
@globaltravelmate Easy to do, especially when trying to film, think, and talk at the same time.
@@majorkade Yeah, but I should have caught it in the editing 🙂

How are people so rich to afford Dior?

I can afford Dior and very interested to visit this pop-up house. Most of people who you saw in the video just go there to look and take photos.
