My FAV is caffeine free Zevia cola! I use to drink like 7 cokes a day until I STOPPED consuming sugar. ALL sugar. Zevia was a life savor for me! I didn't like it at first until I went without sugar for a few months and tried it again and I really liked it.
That was everything I needed to know from the Zevia products and waaaaayyy more! You took me to school and entertained me. That was phenomenal work especially the breakdowns about everything. NICE!
@@Nicolehoskens Nicole i was someone that was so addicted to soda i drank just dr pepper from about the age of 15 to 28 very rarely swapping sodas and my need for it was so deep i would drink it at 6 am or 10am or 2 pm or 5 pm or 8 pm or 1 am whenever. i would drink probably close to 100oz per day the sugar version. i would go as far as to take uber rides to gas stations to get there fountain drinks. soda (dr pepper) came before food it was my cigarette. about 13months ago i was pre diabetic weighing over 320 at 5'9 height i cut out the soda completely got rid of 70% of my fast food diet eating lots of low cab/healthy simple easy to prepare foods almonds, turkey, grilled frozen chicken,apples,grapes,carrots,broccoli and of course zevia cola. i never lost 10 pounds in my life until last year i have dropped down to 234 without much exercise. if you have to drink half a gallon of it a day soda is poison 1000 calories probably 500grams of sugar to 0 with zevia. in the last few months i did start drinking more dr pepper but not enough to gain back weight i have balanced it and am trying to kick the recent dr pepper habit. its been on of the best things ive done for myself in my life you pay a $1 a can but its the tax if you have unhealthy addictions
I just recently found out I'm diabetic in the worst possible way. Diabetic Ketoacidosis. I'm having to change a lot and soda is probably the biggest change for me. I have found a few zero sugar zero carb alternatives Zevia being one. You review is definitely helpful to know which flavors to look out for!
Others say their new strawberry flavor is incredible, very hard to find, and when you do it's so popular they can't keep it on the shelves !! Also there is now fruit punch, orange cream (that could be super), and cherry cola. Then they have these other 'kidz' flavors: strawberry lemonade (sounds yum), fizzy apple (I love apple lifesavers), watermelon (same), and cran-raspberry. Uh-oh, and 8 versions of organic teas !! Wow, more work for you !!
I actually do like the strawberry… I can’t believe I forgot about that flavor ! I haven’t tried any of their summer flavors but thank you for saying all of this … may need to do a part two 😂😂
OK, I've since found strawberry (pretty good, but interestingly more tart than sweet, the most tart of any of these), fruit punch (OK but not too unique), orange cream (it's in the fridge, haven't tried it yet, expecting something great), cherry cola (was very good), strawberry lemonade (was terrible, I don't know what this is, ugh), fizzy apple (really really good, tastes like lifesavers apple), and 2 teas, peach, and raspberry (both were very watered down, could taste the fruit flavor but not the tea, very weak). Grapefruit citrus is on the other side of town, will get there later. Can't find watermelon or cran-raspberry. The black cherry tastes more like Dr. Pepper than does Dr. Stevia. The cola was only OK. The grape was great !! Orange, ginger ale, cream soda, lemon lime all very good. Mountain, ginger root beer, creamy root beer all good. The only ones I won't buy again are Dr. Stevia and strawberry lemonade. The rest will be in regular rotation !!

The black cherry zevia is my favorite. I just wish my grocery store carried 6 packs or singles so I could mix it up more. I can only get a 12 pack at a time. Zevia changed their branding recently and went from something fun to what now looks like some generic grocery store knock off brand. Not sure what they were thinking there.
I absolutely love Zevia, but the price is quite high. My favorite is the Ginger Ale. I try to avoid any soda with HFCS in it. I occasionally drink soda made with real sugar if Zevia is not available, but I heard that HFCS is worse for the body than sugar. Do you agree?

I've known about Zevia soda for a couple of years but haven't really wanted to try it until recently. So far, the ones I like are Cream Soda, Cola, and Cherry Cola. There are a few flavors that I tried but didn't care for (and one I just hated). I think it's interesting seeing others' opinions on the flavors, especially since the stevia sweetener often takes a little bit to get used to.

I really think either or are about the same. Aspartame just has been around the longest so it is the most tested sugar substitute. It is safe and takes A LOT to have any adverse effects. You more want to make sure you are eating foods throughout the day that don’t need added sugar/sugar substitutes but some everyday is totally ok! Thank you for watching!!!
I hate soda but these are the only "soda" I drink. I love several flavors for mocktails, citrus summer mix drinks, and refreshing change to flavored carbonated water. So far only the grape flavor disappoints. Yuck. Thanks for the review of other flavors I've been on the fence of trying. Love it.
Great review for a great product. You're cute and that made it fun. I've been drinking zevia for almost a year now. My favourite is the root beer Ginger and then the ginger and then third would be the creamy root beer that I find tastes really close to a&w Root beer. It's a great product, I don't even really notice the stevia aftertaste, I am happy this product is available as I was never really a soda drinker to begin with because of the high sugar and the diet ones using artificial sweeteners.

I love Zevia because I’ve had a cola addiction since high school (I’m 35) and I’ve tricked my brain into thinking I’m not drinking cola anymore so I’ve not gotten the withdrawal effects. I also don’t drink as much Zevia as I did cola so I drink water more when I’m not eating. However, I need that sweet carbonated beverage when having a meal and Zevia does the trick!
I've been on a weight loss journey since 2021 70+pounds down. Definitely been cutting out sugar,added sugar etc. Might try a few of these. The mountain dew, Dr pepper, cola, and orange. Hopefully I like I'm very picky

The Cream Soda and Orange are FANTASTIC. I can't get enough of them! I tried to like the Cola, that one just doesn't do it for me. Grapefruit Citrus & Mountain Zevia are also decent but not quite as good as Orange & Cream

I trying to adjust to zevia, not a big fan of it, but I also like Bubblr and bai, those also use stevia so not that bad for you, its good to have these varieties of good drinks, also if these drinks are better, why can't fast food places have them too? I want something besides diet soda or water
I have been using Stevia since 2018. At first I didn't like it, but now it's like regular sugar. A note not all Stevia is the same. Check ingredients for additives.
For me its: 1)Cream Soda - 10 2)Cream Root Beer - 8.5 3)Root Beer - 8 The only others that I have tried is Dr. Zevia & Sprite. I wasn't brave enough to try the others. But honestly the Cream Soda is too hard to pass up when its on the shelf.
I love grape, cola and creamy root beer so far. Loved cream soda, until recently. Disliked Ginger ale, Black cherry. I got those flavours in a Costco variety box.
I have been buying these for a while now and agree that the Lemon Lime is awful but love the ginger rootbeer, gingerale, and grapefruit citrus. Now they have fruit punch and orange cream, which reminds me of carbonated baby aspirin..........which I liked as a kid.
@@Nicolehoskens I haven't seen it in stores. I found it on Amazon. I order it by the case. Kind of risky buying a whole case of a flavor that I've never tried, but it worked out. 😄 The orange cream is one that I will order again, really good. I probably wouldn't get a whole case of the fruit punch again, but I did like it.

Cool you speak very fast and that's coming from somebody who is a New Yorker LOL wasn't a fan of this soda and I like stevia this just didn't do it for me I found it had a strange I have to taste now I'm not going to say that drinking Coke or Pepsi zero is healthy but it does taste much better. I found the flavor of zevia especially the cola flavor to be disappointing
Creamy Root Beer and Cream Soda are the best. Mountain Zevia pretty solid too. Didn't really like the regular Cola or Dr. Zevia. Not a huge fan of the "energy drinks" either. They aren't bad, just not worth the extra cost for just a little bit of Caffeine.
Mountain Dew isn't a citrus soda as much as it's a white grape soda. Its main ingredient is white grape and it has citrus flavors added to enhance that. It may have some very subtle lemon or lime undertones but orange is actually the dominant citrus used. Try Mountain Dew again and think of white grape and subtle orange/citrus. I was never a big Dew fan. I liked more colas, orange or grape sodas, and different brand lemon-lime mostly. I prefer Mellow Yellow over the DEW. Thanks for the great Zevia review. I've been thinking about trying it and have been looking for good info. I've been switching back to diet soda for diabetic reasons and want to steer clear of aspartame. It's getting hard to find sodas with Splenda/sucralose as they seem to be sneaking aspartame back under the "zero" title. Maybe Zevia will be a better option for me.
Something else I meant to mention: The grapefruit soda. Squirt is the only grapefruit citrus soda I remember. I'm not a grapefruit fane but Squirt is pretty good. I think that is what they were going after with their grapefruit/citrus soda.
I never thought about white grape for Mountain Dew…. Going to have to think about it next time! If you are in the US , Amazon usually has great deal for a variety pack. @@Nicolehoskens Yes I am in the US and am looking at Zevia on Amazon. I hope to try all the flavors at some point. I was mainly looking at the lemon-lime, grape, or cola for my first try. Unfortunately the variety pack is priced higher right now. The single flavor cases are cheaper right now. I'm also interested in the ginger ale and that ginger root beer variety is very tempting as well. I'll get back to you after I try some.
@@Nicolehoskens I tried my first Zevia soda today. I ended up getting a case (24) of the Cherry Cola from Amazon. The Cherry cola was the best deal the day I ordered and it was one I wanted to try. I think it is pretty good overall. There is a slight aftertaste but I'm sure it's something I'll get used to. All diet pop has some sort of taste you have to get used to. It will be worth it to stay away from aspartame and sugar for me. I also like that zevia has no sodium. I'm hoping to get my hands on a variety pack so I can try many of the flavors I'm interested in.
I like them all, but I disagree with your assessment of Mountain Zevia vs Lemon Lime Twist. The LLT is much better than MZ and does not have the caffeine aftertaste. MZ is also muted. They are all good in my book! Thank you!
I love sugar, but like only table sugar or brown sugar and genuinely nothing else, because everything else has an off flavor and takes me back to the dark days of Sweet and Low. The only time I’ll say something is too sweet is like pop tart jelly, cinnamon rolls, chocolate, and cereal bars. Otherwise, I’ll put table sugar on just about anything (I won’t eat rice, grits, or oatmeal without it). I can cut my sugar intake by mixing table sugar with Stevia in like a 1:3 ratio, but not Stevia alone. But if Stevia is that much sweeter than table sugar, I wonder if that’s why it tastes so off to me. Is it so sweet that it actually tastes disgusting, like just a level or so above Sweet and Low, to me and that’s why I prefer table sugar? My mom will buy Stevia and she doesn’t use much, so nothing tastes that sweet so I have to add in table sugar to sweeten it, but in general, I’d never actually buy Stevia packets like my mom does. I’d always have to mix it to be able to stand it without that after taste.
Taste wise it’s ok when it’s cold… health who knows what natural flavors is really inside but I think it’s better than diet soda for sure I just wouldn’t have it everyday
I was very disappointed by the lemon lime one. I love lemon flavored almost anything. Lemon is my favorite flavor of anything. But you have to get really lemony for me to love it. I love the Ginger ale big time. Ginger ale became my favorite soda in 2011

I was always the guy who would eat plates of junk food every day of his life.And now I don't. I get more active.Also even though I work at a fast food restaurant. But I cut out soda unless it's Zevia.

Timothy, solid question! I think one a day is totally fine. What matters more is what you are eating and drinking throughout the day. Making sure y’all are eating more produce, lean meats, healthy fats and drinking water. Lol all the boring but very effective advice. Have your fun drink! As someone living in the UK these are quite expensive here which is the only sad thing 40 pound for 24 pack equal to 49 USD. But I need to give this a shot to get over my addiction to Diet Sodas🤣
So many people complain over the cola flavor probably because they drink coke all the time and don't like it that it's clear (the color is playing tricks on their brain).
I bought grape, creamy root beer, and ginger ale per your rating. I'll buy the fruit flavors that don't exist in diet/ non-stevia versions like grape, but will stick to the national/store brands for the rest. I wish the ginger ale was stronger because I love a strong ginger beer (Bundaberg and Fever Tree are the best)
@@Nicolehoskens Fever Tree is the "spiciest", is sold as a "mixer". Although the strongest, its the priciest. Bundaberg is a great above-average spice level and best all-around by itself or a mixer. Third place is Canada Dry BOLD. Dont buy REEDS. They sell a "STRONGEST" which is as strong as regular everyday ginger ale.
Stevia isn't white, and actually stevia powder is green. Does white (bleached?) stevia mean the compound isn't changed? The "natural flavors", it's like the second ingredient, and can be something(s) much worse than sugar or artificial sweeteners. We know what it means: "The essence or extraction of a natural element derived from plants and animals". From ANY plant, from ANY animal (rats are animals), in ANY condition (such as dead...and for how long? None of this is regulated you know). We just don't know WHAT Zevia uses, cause it's "proprietary". LOL
I totally understand getting very micro in research and overcomplicating what we learn. It’s great to get the details and truly understand what things mean but remember we are not only consuming one thing all day every day. And taking a step back and examining if this is something to be concerned about when having one can is also important. If you decide to have a diet of only Whole Foods and zero shelf stable , by all means go for it. Yet too many people are fearful of so many foods that will not harm you. Remember too much water is also very toxic and has sent people to the hospital, but we also need water….
I love these things but I have a feeling that 10, 20, or 30 years down the road we're going to find out that stevia and/or these "natural" flavours are actually cause something like kidney failure or dementia over the long run. These drinks seem too good to be true, even if they aren't as harmful as regular soda. Hoping one day labelling practices are properly updated so that we know what goes into these natural flavours and how they affect our bodies (hint - it isn't natural).
As always Whole Foods and water is ideal yet being realistic finding alternatives to high sugar beverages is going to be best for overall health. As always everything in moderation
Japan has approved Stevia for decades and hasn't sounded the alarm. It's actually the FDA that's been hesistant, despite allowing artificial sweeteners that actually can cause issues.
@@Slavolko Yeah either way I've been guzzling the cola Zevia and lots of other flavoured carbonated waters, so I might be useful to science if I come down with a natural flavour related illness one day.
@@pradeepsinghm I don't drink that much of it, but I'll take my chances with it over artifical sweeteners. I would imagine that at worst, stevia would cause minor problems like stomach biome imbalances, rather than cancer. Regardless of what you drink, keep yourself healthy and it'll do its best for you.
At one point, I know Zevia was selling glass bottles. I don't know what grade of glass, or if was any better than aluminum cans, but we should NOT be drinking anything out of aluminum cans. This is a "Do what I say, not as I do" comment. 😂
This is not necessarily true. Pros and cons to both just like a plastic cup. It may be a lot less scary to just fuel your body with better for you products and enjoy fun foods and drinks from time to time lol

I'm probably alone in this, but all the ASMR crap chased me right the hell off....and can anyone tell me how an entire generation managed to trash every two syllable word where the second syllable starts with a "T"? Always walk by those cans in the store thinking “they can’t be good…” I try to eat and drink healthy but Coke zero is my vice. Tried the Dr Zevia and was surprised at how much I liked it! So I will be trying creamy root beer asap
I feel like you’re straining your throat by sitting in that position. You can see how your chest drops into your stomach making you hyper extend your head up facing the camera. If you had a much more shoulder pov camera angle you wouldn’t strain your neck resulting in straining your voice.

The black cherry zevia is my favorite. I just wish my grocery store carried 6 packs or singles so I could mix it up more. I can only get a 12 pack at a time. Zevia changed their branding recently and went from something fun to what now looks like some generic grocery store knock off brand. Not sure what they were thinking there.

I absolutely love Zevia, but the price is quite high. My favorite is the Ginger Ale. I try to avoid any soda with HFCS in it. I occasionally drink soda made with real sugar if Zevia is not available, but I heard that HFCS is worse for the body than sugar. Do you agree?

I love the gingerale and my husband loves the grapefruit citrus one but harder to find.
I've known about Zevia soda for a couple of years but haven't really wanted to try it until recently. So far, the ones I like are Cream Soda, Cola, and Cherry Cola. There are a few flavors that I tried but didn't care for (and one I just hated).
I think it's interesting seeing others' opinions on the flavors, especially since the stevia sweetener often takes a little bit to get used to.

I really think either or are about the same. Aspartame just has been around the longest so it is the most tested sugar substitute. It is safe and takes A LOT to have any adverse effects. You more want to make sure you are eating foods throughout the day that don’t need added sugar/sugar substitutes but some everyday is totally ok! Thank you for watching!!!

I hate soda but these are the only "soda" I drink. I love several flavors for mocktails, citrus summer mix drinks, and refreshing change to flavored carbonated water. So far only the grape flavor disappoints. Yuck. Thanks for the review of other flavors I've been on the fence of trying. Love it.

Great review for a great product. You're cute and that made it fun. I've been drinking zevia for almost a year now. My favourite is the root beer Ginger and then the ginger and then third would be the creamy root beer that I find tastes really close to a&w Root beer. It's a great product, I don't even really notice the stevia aftertaste, I am happy this product is available as I was never really a soda drinker to begin with because of the high sugar and the diet ones using artificial sweeteners.

I love Zevia because I’ve had a cola addiction since high school (I’m 35) and I’ve tricked my brain into thinking I’m not drinking cola anymore so I’ve not gotten the withdrawal effects. I also don’t drink as much Zevia as I did cola so I drink water more when I’m not eating. However, I need that sweet carbonated beverage when having a meal and Zevia does the trick!
I've been on a weight loss journey since 2021 70+pounds down. Definitely been cutting out sugar,added sugar etc. Might try a few of these. The mountain dew, Dr pepper, cola, and orange. Hopefully I like I'm very picky

The Cream Soda and Orange are FANTASTIC. I can't get enough of them! I tried to like the Cola, that one just doesn't do it for me. Grapefruit Citrus & Mountain Zevia are also decent but not quite as good as Orange & Cream

I have been using Stevia since 2018. At first I didn't like it, but now it's like regular sugar. A note not all Stevia is the same. Check ingredients for additives.

I have been buying these for a while now and agree that the Lemon Lime is awful but love the ginger rootbeer, gingerale, and grapefruit citrus. Now they have fruit punch and orange cream, which reminds me of carbonated baby aspirin..........which I liked as a kid.

Kind of risky buying a whole case of a flavor that I've never tried, but it worked out. 😄 The orange cream is one that I will order again, really good. I probably wouldn't get a whole case of the fruit punch again, but I did like it.

Cool you speak very fast and that's coming from somebody who is a New Yorker LOL wasn't a fan of this soda and I like stevia this just didn't do it for me I found it had a strange I have to taste now I'm not going to say that drinking Coke or Pepsi zero is healthy but it does taste much better. I found the flavor of zevia especially the cola flavor to be disappointing
Creamy Root Beer and Cream Soda are the best. Mountain Zevia pretty solid too. Didn't really like the regular Cola or Dr. Zevia. Not a huge fan of the "energy drinks" either. They aren't bad, just not worth the extra cost for just a little bit of Caffeine.
All taste delicious. You should try Cherry Cola vs it the regular Cola. In the Zevia brand
Mountain Dew isn't a citrus soda as much as it's a white grape soda. Its main ingredient is white grape and it has citrus flavors added to enhance that. It may have some very subtle lemon or lime undertones but orange is actually the dominant citrus used. Try Mountain Dew again and think of white grape and subtle orange/citrus. I was never a big Dew fan. I liked more colas, orange or grape sodas, and different brand lemon-lime mostly. I prefer Mellow Yellow over the DEW. Thanks for the great Zevia review. I've been thinking about trying it and have been looking for good info. I've been switching back to diet soda for diabetic reasons and want to steer clear of aspartame. It's getting hard to find sodas with Splenda/sucralose as they seem to be sneaking aspartame back under the "zero" title. Maybe Zevia will be a better option for me.
Something else I meant to mention: The grapefruit soda. Squirt is the only grapefruit citrus soda I remember. I'm not a grapefruit fane but Squirt is pretty good. I think that is what they were going after with their grapefruit/citrus soda.
I never thought about white grape for Mountain Dew…. Going to have to think about it next time! If you are in the US , Amazon usually has great deal for a variety pack. @@Nicolehoskens Yes I am in the US and am looking at Zevia on Amazon. I hope to try all the flavors at some point. I was mainly looking at the lemon-lime, grape, or cola for my first try. Unfortunately the variety pack is priced higher right now. The single flavor cases are cheaper right now. I'm also interested in the ginger ale and that ginger root beer variety is very tempting as well. I'll get back to you after I try some.
@@Nicolehoskens I tried my first Zevia soda today. I ended up getting a case (24) of the Cherry Cola from Amazon. The Cherry cola was the best deal the day I ordered and it was one I wanted to try. I think it is pretty good overall. There is a slight aftertaste but I'm sure it's something I'll get used to. All diet pop has some sort of taste you have to get used to. It will be worth it to stay away from aspartame and sugar for me. I also like that zevia has no sodium. I'm hoping to get my hands on a variety pack so I can try many of the flavors I'm interested in.

I love sugar, but like only table sugar or brown sugar and genuinely nothing else, because everything else has an off flavor and takes me back to the dark days of Sweet and Low. The only time I’ll say something is too sweet is like pop tart jelly, cinnamon rolls, chocolate, and cereal bars. Otherwise, I’ll put table sugar on just about anything (I won’t eat rice, grits, or oatmeal without it). I can cut my sugar intake by mixing table sugar with Stevia in like a 1:3 ratio, but not Stevia alone. But if Stevia is that much sweeter than table sugar, I wonder if that’s why it tastes so off to me. Is it so sweet that it actually tastes disgusting, like just a level or so above Sweet and Low, to me and that’s why I prefer table sugar? My mom will buy Stevia and she doesn’t use much, so nothing tastes that sweet so I have to add in table sugar to sweeten it, but in general, I’d never actually buy Stevia packets like my mom does. I’d always have to mix it to be able to stand it without that after taste.
Taste wise it’s ok when it’s cold… health who knows what natural flavors is really inside but I think it’s better than diet soda for sure I just wouldn’t have it everyday

I was very disappointed by the lemon lime one. I love lemon flavored almost anything. Lemon is my favorite flavor of anything. But you have to get really lemony for me to love it. I love the Ginger ale big time. Ginger ale became my favorite soda in 2011

I was always the guy who would eat plates of junk food every day of his life.And now I don't. I get more active.Also even though I work at a fast food restaurant. But I cut out soda unless it's Zevia.

My partner and I are big soda drinkers and in an effort to get healthier have switched to Zevia and really enjoy all the flavors we’ve had so far. It’s kind of crazy how much this taste like soda but has no sugar or calories. In your opinion, is Zevia still healthy if you were to drink it every day or should we still treat it like normal soda?
Timothy, solid question! I think one a day is totally fine. What matters more is what you are eating and drinking throughout the day. Making sure y’all are eating more produce, lean meats, healthy fats and drinking water. Lol all the boring but very effective advice. Have your fun drink! I usually have a 3pm zevia lol still LOVING the creamy rootbeer and now a fan of cherry coke! What about y’all?!

I'll buy the fruit flavors that don't exist in diet/ non-stevia versions like grape, but will stick to the national/store brands for the rest. @@Nicolehoskens Fever Tree is the "spiciest", is sold as a "mixer". Although the strongest, its the priciest. Bundaberg is a great above-average spice level and best all-around by itself or a mixer. Third place is Canada Dry BOLD. Dont buy REEDS. They sell a "STRONGEST" which is as strong as regular everyday ginger ale.

Stevia isn't white, and actually stevia powder is green. Does white (bleached?) stevia mean the compound isn't changed? The "natural flavors", it's like the second ingredient, and can be something(s) much worse than sugar or artificial sweeteners. We know what it means: "The essence or extraction of a natural element derived from plants and animals". From ANY plant, from ANY animal (rats are animals), in ANY condition (such as dead...and for how long? None of this is regulated you know). We just don't know WHAT Zevia uses, cause it's "proprietary". LOL
I totally understand getting very micro in research and overcomplicating what we learn. It’s great to get the details and truly understand what things mean but remember we are not only consuming one thing all day every day. And taking a step back and examining if this is something to be concerned about when having one can is also important. If you decide to have a diet of only Whole Foods and zero shelf stable , by all means go for it. Yet too many people are fearful of so many foods that will not harm you. Remember too much water is also very toxic and has sent people to the hospital, but we also need water….

I love these things but I have a feeling that 10, 20, or 30 years down the road we're going to find out that stevia and/or these "natural" flavours are actually cause something like kidney failure or dementia over the long run. These drinks seem too good to be true, even if they aren't as harmful as regular soda. Hoping one day labelling practices are properly updated so that we know what goes into these natural flavours and how they affect our bodies (hint - it isn't natural).
As always Whole Foods and water is ideal yet being realistic finding alternatives to high sugar beverages is going to be best for overall health. As always everything in moderation
Japan has approved Stevia for decades and hasn't sounded the alarm. It's actually the FDA that's been hesistant, despite allowing artificial sweeteners that actually can cause issues.

@@pradeepsinghm I don't drink that much of it, but I'll take my chances with it over artifical sweeteners. I would imagine that at worst, stevia would cause minor problems like stomach biome imbalances, rather than cancer.
Regardless of what you drink, keep yourself healthy and it'll do its best for you.

At one point, I know Zevia was selling glass bottles. I don't know what grade of glass, or if was any better than aluminum cans, but we should NOT be drinking anything out of aluminum cans. This is a "Do what I say, not as I do" comment. 😂
This is not necessarily true. Pros and cons to both just like a plastic cup. It may be a lot less scary to just fuel your body with better for you products and enjoy fun foods and drinks from time to time lol
