- Is zevia soda keto friendly? It's a bit of a bummer to find out the soda is not on the keto menu. Diet soda is okay once in a while but it's really not a healthy choice. What about zevia soda? Is it keto? is it a healthy soda option?

I drink zevia and checking blood glucose afterwards and it won't even effect mine at all. I only drink one once in a while but it's good so I get the feeling of wanting something like I used to drink. I love the taste of creamy root beer

I it’s too sweet for me so I buy naturally sparkling water ( Poland ) and mix it half and half.
I like the Ginger root beer, grape and strawberry Zevia but I drink them all.
Cool! Yeah I need to try the other flavors.

I've been loading up on Zevia stock for a while. I expect Zevia to to become wildly popular or get bought out by one of the big boys.
I’ve noticed it’s been growing because people are looking for healthier options but I hope it doesn’t get bought out by a company like Coke. They’re so pure and I hope it stays that way lol.
They will get bought out just like Sobey water did and disappeared
Would you prefer artificial flavors over natural flavors? I’m wondering why no one has made xylitol soda yet. It’s natural from Birchwood and although it may have some calorie Contant, it’s actually anti-cavity (anti-dental carries)
Great question! Sorry it's taken a while to respond. I personally believe artificial flavors are worse than natural flavors. If I had no other choice I would choose natural flavors. Xylitol is great. The only issue is that it does raise insulin levels. It's only about half as much as sugar but it still has an impact. So people that are looking for an option that has zero to very little impact on blood sugar may avoid it. Not sure if that's why it hasn't been done yet....
I've heard aluminum cans come lined with plastic. What are Zevia cans lined with and are there potential harmful long-term side effects from leaching (e.g. BPAs etc)? Btw... Zevia Cream Soda and Root Beer are really good.
That's a great question. I don't have an answer for you on that one. If you find out I'd love to hear about it. Haven't tried their Cream Soda or Root Beer yet. I'll have to give them a shot. Thanks!

Love Zevia. My favorite is Vanilla Cola, however Dr Zevia is maybe my 2nd favorite. Oddly, I also love Mountain Zevia, even though I absolutely hate Mountain Dew.
That explains why my weight kept going down when I was eating veggie, meat and fruit. I was like my weight was diving down to down way low on me. But I was on keto diet without know I was on it. lol
Yep that will do it! You have actually been on what I would consider the healthiest diet in the world. A "whole foods" diet. So good. Thanks again for taking the time to comment here and share your own experience. Love it!

What about natural flavors???? Now that can be anything - especially if they don't mention the natural flavors!
Does the cans have a plastics liner in side and if it should be that way is it a BPA free plastics
Hi Manuel, no I don't believe it has a plastic liner on the inside.
@@JTJaredTaylor Yes becuase I found out all the non vegan sodas have a BPA plastic lining, so I assume if Zavia cans have to follow the same rule the plastic that would be used will be a BPA free plastic.

I might switch from regular soda to Zevia, simply because its cheap and im trying to loose weight.

Some of the flavors are better than others. We like the Creamy Root Beer and the Grape which tastes just like a sugar-filled grape soda to me.
Hmm. I may just have to try those. I was wondering if the Root Beer was any good.
