how did you know the X axis cordinate distance to make the circles at 7:14. In the drawing its no where mentioned distance of x axis for the 2 circle. please explain

Hey man great work, I have a little question; whenever I trim a circle that is tangent to two other circles ( tan, tan, radius) and I zoom in, it's not perfectly tangent anymore?? is that normal ? I mean it looks tangent but when I zoom there is a significant gap in between.
