I realized in the midst of making this that the circles in the beginning you were using the measurement for diameter but then it gets changed mid-way through. I had to go back. Figured it out though. Great sample.. took me a lot longer to do than I thought it would :(
About the keyway ..... if u moved it from the center point of the rectangle to the circle, doesnt that make the keyway “8 x 2” instead of “8x4”. I honestly got stuck there a little.

@@sitimahfuzah4181 Doesn't matter which workspace you have to use... You can manage & Customize workspace as per your need..and use this modified workspace ..
Great tutorial, thanks! It's a much smarter way to draw a rectangle first and then just move it by the center than what I did which was offset 4 lines to form a rectangle and then trimmed them. But the dimension seems a bit off, as the center is used, shouldn't it be 8x8, then we can get a 8x4 keyway? Thanks again.
Good Question .. We don't need to calculate Angle between two circles.. its not 24° .. its 20° because we have to place 7 circles in 120° 120/6 = 20 120/CT

Polor tracking is same as ortho mode..but in ortho mode you can draw, move object horizontally & vertically .. In polor tracking you can draw , move object in Particular set Angle ..like 30°-60-90 45-90.. You can't use ortho mode (F8) & Polor tracking (F10) At same time..

I have problem in last step where we use TRIM command for making 18*R20 teeth on diameter 360.
Trim command is not working . Kindly guide
That's mean your array is associated..just explode the array and try to trim it

Make sure your array is not associate..
Just explode the array and try to fillet with radius 20..
Is there any method to save the time to trim at last of polar array using ... otherwise nice video...
