Thank you so much for these informative videos! My question is what is the heaviest gauge sheets of copper can be cut by these disc cutters. I want one but like a heavier metal since I don't always want to further embellish it with enamels.

I cut 18 gauge a lot . It is a wonderful well made tool.I have had mine for over 10 years

do you think that instead of hitting it with a hammer. if you get an arbor press and put it in the press it would work?

Does the handle block holes, or does it move out of the way after it’s been tightened?
