Wow... Stunning idea for a die folder, Ann.💡📁🤩 It is fabulous that you have made one to use for your dies, & not the shop bought one. As is personalised for your desk. 😍😍😍
That part where you can see where it shows, just color that little spot with black marker, then you won't see it. This is a great idea for dies. Thank you!
isew alot ofbaby and doll cloths, so I made albums for different companies and different sizes.Put them in 3 ring binders, copied front and back of patterns, numbered the binders , like 11 12 Barbie ect.All copies went into a main binder so no pieces were lost.I also put the patterns in individual plastic sleeves. with info on sleeve.I have collected patterns since I was a kid am now 75.Had 6 heart attacks several among other and still going strong.Saw your you tube now doing cards. Love your ideas.
About 30 yrs ago I made those in fabric and made them into photo albums. So fabric does work , I did put some thin, thin batting under the fabric. They were beautiful. But the item you are making I will make for my dies.Great idea.
This is fantastic Ann ! Such a good idea- who hasn't lost a die or two ? So easily done. A great project, I think you can make just anything. So much talent, thanks for sharing.
Ann just love this die folder for my desk. It is just beautiful.. Thank you so much for showing us how to do this your wonderful and I love your turquoise and silver jewelry 😘
I bought a purple one...ya know the one i mean for a fiver on Ebay but then spent over 20 quid buying magnetic paper that was punched to fit ...despite being an A4 folder the magnetic sheets are small and don't hold much. Love the idea of a desktop workable folder as just found a teeny heart on the rug! Got chipboard so definitely gonna make this. In the name of recycling i had ironed that stiff paper you get in Amazon boxes then covered that! Great video Ann and something I've needed and will make asap! Got a roll of beautiful wallpaper unlike the front of your folders will cut and laminate that and will match my bedroom 🤣🤣 x x
Ann, i just found this tutorial and I wish I would have seen it sooner to make a few for my crafting friends. So lovely and love the papers. You are a genius
Hi Ann I am so happy to hear you and wanted to tell you thank you so much for this brilliant idea that I had in my head a long time ago but did not know how to do it you are the best Tfs and have a nice day 😘❤️
Great project Ann. I’ve got something similar which I’ve had for many years. It was for putting your card on and using magnets to hold your pieces in place to get the positioning of your design exactly where you want them….. Also I have 3 pads of 12 x 24 cardstock…they were made by Provocraft when they brought out the Cricut machine that took that size mat. I’ve had them for years. 24 sheets in each pad. 4 sheets of 6 colours in the brights and subtles and 12 sheets of 2 colours in the Black and White pad…all 80lb cover weight. Does anyone else remember these pads??? You have great ideas Ann. Can’t wait to see what you come up with next. Stay safe and huge crafty hugs to you….Alison xx P.S. Love your craft room too…
Hi Anne This is amazing I saw these for sale on the tv and I thought I bet I could make one of those well I did I made one from an old iPad case but with the intention of figuring it out how to do it properly later. Maybe tomorrow but as you know tomorrow never comes, but then there is Anne with the exact tutorial I needed. Thank you so much BRILLIANT!
That's cool! Love this idea! And even in the centre, you can put the instructions for your layered dies! Or something like that. Thanks for sharing Ann, and to the person who suggested it!
I love this Ann. I must make one to keep on my desk. Also, when you cut your corners short, before you adhere it down, glue on one of the triangular corners you cut off, inside along the edge, then finish it off. It happens to everyone.
You said it Ann! Genius! I want to make two of them! Love that paper also. Beautiful. Thanks so much for figuring this out and sharing with all of us. You are the best!!! 🤗
Great, useful & practical project, Ann. I can't tell you how many wee dies I've lost so for me, this idea is a MUST. For those of us who don't have 12x24 inch papers, I was thinking of using Sizzix Texture Roll which comes in 12x48. You can also get 12x24 inch cardstock by Cricut. Hope this helps. Thanks for sharing, Ann!
Christmas gifts for crafty friends! Thankyou for ALL of the work you put into your videos! I know that when I do something from my own head, it sure takes a while to get it all figured out, and I don't have to deal with filming it all! (not to mention the gorgeous nails!) Thank you for this great gift idea!
Thank you so much Ann, I really really enjoyed watching you create this amazing and stunning and gorgeous folder. And I really really love ❤️ the end results too. You are very very inspirational with what you do, and your instructions are really really clear and precise too. Please stay safe and well too xxx Mags
This turned out great! I love it when you see something that you have to buy, that you can make yourself... and show us how! I think it's a great idea as I have already lost some of my small dies. I think I would make a smaller one, maybe 6 x 8, as I have a small work area and would need something smaller. Love the way it has two surfaces and that you can close it up and leave the dies there, when you know you want to use it again the next day. thanks so much for your inspirational videos!
You are brilliant! I love the way you break it down so it’s easy to follow!! Great job!! And you’re right-fabric would be a great idea. I hope we see a tutorial of that soon.
Oh Ann, this is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! You are so inventive! This is going to be a wonderful addition to your new craft room! Thanks so much for sharing! Janet 🤗👍💕
Genius! I think I will include a zippered pouch in mine to store anything else I need for a project. I have 2 8”x10” pouches made of thick, transparent plastic that will be perfect! You can also include a clip to make a section of it a clipboard and a pen loop of some kind. I’m in mad genius mode now. 😂 Thanks! Really! 😉
Thanks Ann, I loved it so much I made one.... I used a magnet from Amazon that covers central heating vents and it was the perfect size, just a wee bit long so cut that off and put it on the narrow bit that supports the big flap. Then covered it all with pretty paper. I have joined your Facebook group and when I work my way around it maybe I can post a photo. Soooo happy with this project 😍
I made this a couple days ago. I however just used an 8.5 x 11 medium weight chip board. I didn’t find it necessary to cut the chip board smaller. Turned out great, TFS.
This is a great idea. I made a smaller version a few years ago, but it doesn't fold flat. Mine is magnetic on both sides. I will definitely make one of these. I may put pockets on the inside to keep the die folders in while I'm working. ❤
Hi Ann this is brilliant, I saw the other one but thought that it was expensive for wat it is. I hoped that some-one would have a go at making one, so pleased it as you. Thank you for a fab tutorial and a great make to add to our crafty tools. xxxx
Thank you for sharing this idea with us. It is so good and also with a personalized touch and can help from losing small dies while we are working on a project ... ☺☺
This is definitely a genius idea and I love it. Ann, thank you so much for sharing this project. I'm sure we all have misplaced dies on top of our table this will solve the problem.
As always, Ann this is brilliant! I am forever cutting my corners too short! So, what I do is take the piece that I cut off and glue or tape it back down where the piece is going to be bare, that way, when I tape down the corner that is too short, I’ve taped it down onto the same card stock and it can hardly be noticeable! I love this and definitely will be making one! I am always losing my tiny dies on my desk because I am just the messiest crafter ever! 😝
Wow... Stunning idea for a die folder, Ann.💡📁🤩 It is fabulous that you have made one to use for your dies, & not the shop bought one. As is personalised for your desk. 😍😍😍
It is definitely a very good idea your dies are not lost under your papers. Thank you for sharing Ann
Genius!!! Love, love, love it!! Like this better than the magnetic bowl!! Thank you so much for sharing! Hugs and have a blessed day!!
Love this! You can save yourself from cutting it short by glueing the cut piece over the space.
Congratulations Ann, another piece of wonderful creativity.
Ann....all of your things are brilliant. You are a true artist
That part where you can see where it shows, just color that little spot with black marker, then you won't see it. This is a great idea for dies. Thank you!
Well done, a great idea.

Hi Sonya, You could create a pocket (like in a mini album) to store the instructions inside the folder. I will have to make one of these for myself!!.
I love this Ann. I must make one to keep on my desk. Also, when you cut your corners short, before you adhere it down, glue on one of the triangular corners you cut off, inside along the edge, then finish it off. It happens to everyone.
