I've been using the original D since it was launched. The blood-pressure measurement is actually very accurate, when compared to arm-band meters. But it's sleep-monitor is next to useless and it lacks good integration to your phone with only limited functionality. The battery life is fantastic. Will I upgrade to the D2? Not yet, I want to see more reviews first to see if they improved sleep monitoring accuracy. Also your one-day battery life comment is alarming as my D goes for a week or more week heavy use
