You need to test at the same time, one on your right hand the other on your left hand. Blood pressure will vary every time even when you test with the same equipment.
Note that taking BP from right and left will give different readings ... This is based from practice and duties and of course what I learned in our subject Fundamentals of Nursing 🙂....

the problem with this smart watches is the longevity of battery....
It depends on features if it's enable. Most of the battery can lasts up to 6 days given typical usage.
Mag 3 years na gamit ko ang Huawei watch product. Matagal pa rin ang battery life nito. Sa bago Watch D2 sigurado marami ang bibili nyan.
