You guys should make a exercise video of getting bigger traps & back just by using only bodyweight ✌️
Man, as a trucker, I literally get 2 days off a month; no gym time. Your channel is helping me accept a new fitness paradigm that can help me stop feeling like I'm trapped in a truck all day. Most of these exercises I can do at a truck stop or rest area with only a mobile pullup bar. I'm going to get rings as well.
....I'm still having trouble working out a way to do dips, though.
For cardio, I'm thinking I can hang a punching bag from the pullup bar, although storage space in the truck is an issue. Also I have a jump rope.
Anyway, this channel has really given me hope. God bless you guys.

With dips its 9 of the 10 times not possible for me to have a straight body because i am 2 meters tall😅

Try to find something else. For dips you can take two chairs for example :)
It´s nice that you guys make calisthenics popular, but you know that you can easily build massive arms with just pull ups and push ups / dips, right (not talking about bench dips for triceps - never done those too)? I never did any of those "fancy" stuff, and built massive arms only with the exercises mentioned...
Hey, thanks for the comment! You can build massive arms with just one or two exercises but we've noticed that people also want other ways to train ;)
