Thanks for the video! Great information! I'm 52 and have better skin now than ever, however, looking at options to tighten jaw/jowl areas. I wish more derms would actually treat patients who come in for lasers, etc. It seems like these procedures are typically done by staff in the offices, which, while they are trained, I'd love to have the board certified, fellowship trained person performing the procedure.

I see Microneedling and cosmetic needling as part of a maintenance protocol, same as the regular use of retinoic acid and vitamin C, it’s the consistency that makes a difference over time.
I had one Thermage treatment done around 10 years ago, it was the most painful agony, even worse than the 4 times I have given birth naturally, and all that pain to not get any noticeable results. I’d rather do a facelift and stop all the torturing.

Use juvederm. Stay away from Restyline. Gave me broken veins that don't go away unless you get laser. Use as little as possible. I only use the most minimal amount. I'm now saving for a lower face lift for future. I'm 54 and have been doing botox for 20 years. I have no forehead lines or crows feet. Also wear sunblock every single day since I turned 24. Totally worth it. I also do microneedling that I do myself and I use retinol and use tretonoin (retina-A) nearly daily. I'm very fair skinned so I don't go into the sunlight.

I've never heard you address something called the Y lift it was created by Dr.Yan Trokel from New York City it's been around almost 10 years I've been an esthetician over 30 years and I just now found out about it's basically having filters but done procedurally very different it does what's called structural volumizing not soft tissue volumizing it also uses a certain tool to get the injectable deep below the surface of the skin deeper than regular fillers I think even below the muscle it's supposed to be the closest to a facelift that a non-surgical procedure can do and it lasts several years. It does take more filler than normal but the whole face does not have to be done at once please give me some feedback about it and let me know if you do that procedure and what your experience has been with it

I wish I would have found you while I still lived in CA, though Orange County would've still been a trek from West LA. If I only need to see you once a year, I could perhaps work that out, but for anything I might need to do regularly, I'll have to find someone in NYC or NJ. As a black person, it feels like we have so few options because exposure to high heat can be damaging to our skin. I've developed a serious lack of faith in Western Medicine Practioners because it feels like it's reactionary, not proactive. I'm looking for whole body care that treats your body as a unit, nit the fractured approach of seeing a specialist here and a specialist there who don't talk to one another. Anytime I know something is wrong and the blood testing doesn't support my symptoms, the querying stops and there's no explanation for the imbalance you know exists. Anywho, I'm ranting at this point lol

I was told by a Medispa that Xeomin is better bc it doesn’t have preservatives and over time Botox causes the skin to become immune to the efficacy. Is that true? Also, when Botox is offered at different potency like light , medium or strong. Is that something I should beware of or is it valid?

Hope you feel better soon. Can you tell if Radiesse in this area is equally effective as eliminating jowls as a "normal filler"?

When you mentioned you see a lot of runners for lower face, is it because of runners face or just that they tend to have volume loss because of a lot of cardio? I’ve only recently heard of runners face and wonder if it’s actually a thing (because if so I need to switch up my workouts!)

Thank you for keeping it real always ❤️ what do you think if glycolic acid in our skincare? Do we need it?

Always!!!! I like glycolic acid but its not absolutely necessary imo. Its nice to have in your regimen but not as important as a retinol, vit c or sunscreen for certain. Hope this helps!!

Thank you for imparting your knowledge and for providing clarification on the negative Thermage reviews found online. The entirety of these reviews has dissuaded me from contemplating its usage. I comprehend that the key factor lies in the operator's proficiency in utilizing the device appropriately. I would greatly appreciate visiting you; however, my financial constraints prevent me from affording travel expenses and undergoing Thermage treatment. Would you, by any chance, be aware of a skilled medical doctor in the Portland, OR region?

I live in Atl. Ga., could you recommend a Dr. here that is comproble to your way of thinking in your practice. I want
to stay away from surgery and would love to see you. I've watched your videos and I feel
trust, which is a dying breed of
    Dr's. I don't smoke, but I received
lines in the last two years, with lines around the mouth & upper lip. Long story short, my neck,&
eyes need tightening too, and I
just don't know who to trust in every since of the word as far as
    procedure or price.
    Thank You

Love my lip lift. My philtrum was 19mm, ughhh. Dr. Azzi in Jupiter. The procedure is 40 minutes & he uses lidocaine to numb that area. I drove myself home. I was 46 when I had it done. It helps with the whole area of your mouth just looks younger...

I paid 3500, it's only a 30 minute surgery with no anaesthesia, only lidocaine.
My same surgeon is charging 4700😳.
I did it during covid, but 2 years later , I called better I wanted to take more skin out and learned it was 4700. I'll live with it. I should've taken more out like he wanted to but I was scared(its my face!!)
And wanted to be more conservative.
