Cache Creek Carnage

Watching all the carnage in "Mother" rapid on Cache Creek as the unguided rafting groups pass through. There are guys from the rafting companies at the start and midway point in this rapid shouting instructions, and there to help retrieve boats if needed, but a lot of the people don't really listen and end up overboard anyway. This was only about half the people that went into the creek over a one hour period.

Oh no! Hilarious and scary at the same time. 1:45 more worried about the kayak than the people overboard. Wonder how many people panic after hoping into the water?

My family has done this rafting trip for many years. None of us have ever gone down in the mother. Just gotta be paying attention really.

I am amazed at the lack of concern for safety... Poor fitting life jackets, no helmets, no preparation or skill to paddle on such a dangerous stretch of water, no spotters with rescue throw ropes, etc.
