I saw these cars race at Long Beach with Mario Andretti and Bruno Giacomelli. Carlo Chiti was there too. Andretti finished third as I recall. Nice job on a rare subject.

Nice looking kit! I have made a couple of the 1/12 scale Protar F1 kits and the fit and assembly can be challenging, certainly no where near Tamiya standards. Anyway watching you through this build will prove very helpful for when I get round to building my 179. Cheers!
