    How do you deal with the fact that priorities for goals change due to circumstances? A while ago I wanted to loose weight. I still want too, but I'm looking for a new job and that had priority over losing weight...

      You can still eat in a calorie deficit that fits your height and weight goals. If you planned your meals and ate at a calorie deficit you will Lose weight without doing much
