These guys NEED to be recognized more often. I’m such a huge fan of these guys and I cannot give them enough praise
I feel the same way bro
Lost in the Static will definitely go down as a classic from this era of metal
sick album. the first since Justin's tragic death. it's great that the guys coped with the loss and completed a wonderful album, Justin's contribution to the group was invaluable. RIP bro.
sooo... what about REFLECTIONS - THE COLOR CLEAR?
Lost in the Static is one of the best songs ever made, its just unstoppable.
Dude I think after the burial purposefully puts their worst songs on every album as the “single” like lost in the static or wolf amongst ravens so on but they still go hard af
@gram3934 absolutely. Never liked static
The whole album is a masterpiece
What an album. Loved the reaction! You gotta do Via by Volumes, one of the best djent albums to this day. Breakdowns galore. The Spotify version has the solo in Serenity by guitarist Chris Letchford from Scale the Summit removed due to issues with their label, but you’ve gotta check that version out - of my all time favourite djent tracks and the solo is tear jerking!
Fit For An Autopsy- Oh What The Future Holds
This album is a must
Absolutely
Agreed! Though he may hurt himself. I just about snap my neck whenever Savages comes on.
Sea of Tragic Beasts is a perfect album as well, no bad songs whatsoever
y’all go get the patreon, my boi’s edits are TOP SHELF and it’s about an hour long, support the dude🤘🏽🔥
My man💕
3:58 the moment you thought you can catch your breathe but the song says NO
You absolutely need to hear their albums "Rareform" and "In Dreams" ... I mean, you need to hear ALL of their albums but those two are their best, in my opinion.
Truly one of my favorite albums ever.
I had the exact same response to the breakdown in Laurentian Ghosts. It's such a filthy breakdown!
Mate I play this album in its entirety EVERY TIME i hit the gym. I never know if my veins are absolutely bursting because of the workout or the insane in-your-face-metal-madness. Love your vids! And yeah Meshuggah rules!
Hahaha yeah there should be a warning that comes with this album bro, SLAPS
we needa’ get “VIA” by Volumes on the polls😈 that’s a true staple in djent🤘🏽
Mire is such an underrated track, in general.
So is The Endless March
Not for me, I love Mire
I was fortunate to be in the Minneapolis metal
scene when these guys were coming up. Some of the rowdiest shows I ever been to at the Triple Rock. MSP legends
The airhorn breakdown in Laurentian Ghosts is my alarm sound to this day.
Was waiting for this, one of my favorite bands at the moment. But; I do have one recommendation that you need to discover. The Dillinger Escape Plan. You should either start with “Ire Works” or “One of us is the Killer.” Your brain will melt.
Amazing album and reaction dude, I would pay good money for you to hear Breakdown of Sanity - Perception in full
This album is in my top 10 of all time ..
And these boys make me Minnesota proud!!!
This album is sooooo sick. Full of sick riffs
Dig Deep is fucking phenomenal, this albim and Evergreen made me love ATB so much
Come back to this regularly for Drew’s facial expressions. The camera stares send me everytime 🤣💪
When are you gonna do an album react to their next album, Evergreen? Dude your gonna love that one too. Wanna see your reaction to that one! 🤘🏼
That breakdown in Laurentian Ghosts kills me everytime😂😂you start out laughing and then the ultimate stank face kicks in
Now this is the type of deathcore I can see you like (ofc lol), The Contortionist - Exoplanet is absolutely one you should hit some time in the future as well
I wouldn't consider ATB to be deathcore. Deathcore is like Lorna Shore and they are vastly different
Also wouldn’t consider them Deathcore? Maybe the vocals but I’d say they’re way too groovy to be considered Deathcore 🫣
@@DrewFortune97 agreed. Their like djentcore hahaha
@@MrTJeffords They're technically much closer to Deathcore than Metalcore or Progressive Metal especially on their earlier releases or when you compare them with some of the older Deathcore bands.
@@DrewFortune97 it's not entirely deathcore for sure, it's more djenty than other metalcore bands that use djent in their music, like 80% of this is djent and 20% core, compared to say Spiritbox where imo pretty 50/50 split between metalcore and djent. Regardless, The Contortionists Exoplanet is absolutely deathcore (djentcore) and you'll know exactly what I mean when it comes to that 😉
Do evergreen. That album should be illegal
This.
Do all their albums 🤷
@@Kenjames10 that^ but like, definitely do evergreen. ATB DEEP DIVE LETS GOOOO
Ok, you like that ? Listen to Breakdown Of Sanity. Choose whatever album, they are all bangers (literally).
Be careful with your neck, you could hurt yourself.
Glad you got to this. One of my favorites.
Once you understand the influence behind the album it hits even harder
No shortage of great riffs and grooves with this band.
Facts and they've never made big changes in their sound like everyone else
Hey man, been loving the vids, also, the polls are great, recommendations are on point! Have you checked anything by Born of Osiris, i think you'd have a good time dude, take care!
Edit: Also check out Varials!
These guys are old enough to be considered one of the ogs of modern metalcore. They inspired a lot of bands. Yet still go under the radar. Im so excited to finally be able to see them live soon.
The entire album is full of sick riffs, but oh my god, Catacombs is pure Hell
You got exactly the same mood I got Through all this album, ATB do not miss
For me heavy lies the ground most powerful song i've ever heard
Sick album and great reaction!
Best band ever. I listened to all they done and I find all totally listeneble as fuck
Dude, that is the best reaction on this album i've ever seen lmfao XD
After the Burial has always been so consistent and they never put out anything that makes you go meh in the slightest. Any time you listen to them its like "oh thats an after the burial song!" in the best way possible, not like other bands where they get stale.
Awesome band and album! "Lost in the static" is a fucking belter!! Cool video! GWAN IRELAND!!!!!
You need to give Bilmuri a listen if you’re not aware of them. It’s Johnny Franck’s band who was the clean vocalist of Attack Attack!. Extremely talented, great tunes, heavy rifts with just overall a very fresh, innovative, and unique style. They incorporate techno elements with crazy synths and such. Really nice change of pace. I highly recommend to everyone who is reading this.
Also they’re releasing their new album October 14th titled “Goblin hours” and released a new single off of it.
FINALLY. Bruh these are classics
One those albums that you don’t skip a single song of
hell yeah, back in college i'd listen to this album at least once a day walking to and from classes
humanity's last breath valde
How do I find this reaction on Vimeo? I want to see the full reaction so bad but I can’t swing enough money to get the patreon.
Working my ass off making good money isn’t enough for the court with child support and mortgage being a single dude. I love the channel.
What’s your email bro? I got you.
Lost in the static it sounds like he said "suomi" at the start which means finland in finnish lol
4:38 I know y'all are looking for the airhorn, there you go
These guys are so insane live to
Can we request you to listen to albums? Do we have to do this on Patreon?
I get far too many on here man - I take the popular suggestions from YT comments and post them on Patreon as a poll and Patreon decides!
@@DrewFortune97 oh, so I just just comment it and if it gets enough likes or comments similar it’ll go on a poll?
One of the best albums ever created in the genre.
Lost in the static is the shit🤘🏼
heavy lies the ground is one of the filthiest songs to exist
I love you
it aint bad is it
This album is great. I still like rareform and wolves within more though.
SUUUBED
Rareform also has some.good riffs!
I’m fast af boi

2:24 joao?

You havent heard anything if you havent heard their first album.
Lost in the static is one of the best metal core songs ever written, just saying.
yeah agree, but rareform...................................
These guys are the closest to sounding like DOOM music
