Amazon is going down because of all these third party sellers. If you see a long delivery date it’s most likely not coming directly from Amazon. Try to stay away from the third party sellers.
If ur order is coming from across seas its gonna take a while cause it has to go through customs and all that not only that the Chinese holidays are coming up and no one is at warehouses to send out products. If thats not the case. Get a refund. That dispute hopefully works. They are giving people refunds on Amazon gift cards now. Smh i apologize ur going through this

Since the pandemic, I never had problems with Amazon directly for over 4 years Amazon customer service has been very helpful to me. The third party vendor is your dispute not Amazon directly. We must read return policy prior to making a purchase and put a review on that item to let others know not to purchase from that vendor on Amazon small businesses. I read reviews prior to purchasing from vendors on Amazon.

I just started fostering kittens, and the same shit was happening, but they did give me some money back only because my bank gave me my money. I never will order from a third-party business because i got screwed over by Amazon, so i gave up. They still own me $25.00!🙄😬🤬

Amazon sucks... It takes up to 35 days to get a refund... Even if they never ship the items... They find every excuss to not refund and keep your money... This happened to me recently... Screw Amazon not using them again. Also... Their customer service is bad... Not just 3rd party... Dont give them your money.

You need to dispute it with your bank, submit the dispute paperwork, and the video recording, they will refund you your money.
I never order items that are not delivered by Amazon, Fed Ex, or UPS.
