That is how people act when everything is given to them and never have to work for anything. It won’t withstand cold or hot weather. It’s clearly drafty. And it says online it is not recommended for being in extreme weather conditions (storms, tornados, hurricanes, floods, blizzards, etc). It’s basically a shed.
I feel like you could seal it and insulate it a lot better when it's folded out. For 19-20k it's really not a bad deal with the current housing market. Buy some land, this and put about 10k into making it livable and your still only spending a fraction of what you would for an actual house.
