This comment is to Stewart. You are the best videographer! I watch a LOT of garden and real estate videos that film as if they are making a music video with just a lot of flashing images. You do an excellent job allowing us to travel vicariously with y’all, seeing the space, the room or garden in its whole. Plus, I like knowing how rooms in a home or rooms in a garden connect to each other. So shout out a huge thank you, Stewart!

This was a nice refreshing change up of the usual Ms. Linda! I love it when you switch it up! I so enjoy the stories of the why & wherefore of others and how they create the spaces they do for inside their homes & in their gardens. Ask usual an ace job of the videography Stewart! I did video editing tape memories, slides, photos, etc. to DVD & company for a while years back, as well as, all the video editing & uploading for my daughter, Kristi, during her pursuing country music years. Looking forward to the follow-up video you eluded to at the end of the video of the final room tour & the decoupage project!

She has a beautiful home and such unique things in her house. Love her big dining table. Those pink glasses by her bar area were unique. Such an eclectic decor. Those candles were so unique. Her view to die for. I could go on. Want to see her bedroom decor she has so many cool looking things.

Yes ,as soon as I saw the interior of the home I immediately thought of Monticello Virginia USA which I had the opportunity to visit many years ago . I absolutely loved it.. If anyone is interested Thomas Jefferson was one of the founding fathers of organic gardening which included companion plantings.

I could spend hours roaming around this beautiful, unique, cozy, stunning home!! I just ordered one her match containers. The one with the squirrel on it! I’m excited to receive it. Twenty years ago I started framing my granddaughters art. Now they are adults and no longer wanted the framed art, so I have a gallery wall of their art! When the girls were younger they felt proud when I started framing their art! (I live in a suburb of Portland, Oregon.)

I love the beautiful contrast between light and dark. Those black bookshelves are gorgeous. I’ve combined my mid century modern taste with my husband’s extremely modern taste, but the more difficult compromise was having any kind of taste raising four boys, lol!
Oh yes-my husband and I do compromise. He allows me to decorate the house and I allow him to let me. lol. How's that?

Beautiful home! Not to knock those with money at all, I’d love to see Linda tour some very modest homes and gardens where not much money was needed to do all the things. As someone with limited resources, I think seeing such modest homes/gardens would better help me with ideas that are realistic for me.

I am a maximalist, and my husband is a minimalist. We have both compromised, but there are elements of both of us all around. I love like the English to have as much artwork on the walls that I can fit, all sorts. I have a painting my daughter painted of my husband's machine shop, looks very English Tudor, I have paintings that my grandchildren did when they were very young, I have antique paintings, and newer ones. I collect transferware in all colors. My husband made shelves with brackets to go over doorways, and each shelf holds a collection of a certain color, brown, red, flow blue, green. But like Michelle's, our walls are very light, so these collections are showcased without the business of an additional color. Love her style!

Stick candles are made in NC! We carried them in our shop! The folks that create are wonderful! I burn them and love the natural bees wax smell!
