fishing good AQ40 ID's quickly

This is how I've been fishing in AQ40 on my priest lately. It goes quickly per ID, but it can take a while before you get an ID that looks really appetizing.
Blizzard has hotfixed something to change the macros that are used. The new macro is
/tar C'thun
/cast Mind Vision
and you have to double cast it. Afterwards, the macros are the same:
/tar obsidian nullifier
/cast mind vision
/tar emp
/cast mind vision

You can't be logged out for more than 5 minutes :(

hey np. you can keep the ID as long as you want, but someone has to be inside to ‘anchor’ it. if everyone leaves the ID, I believe there is a 5 or 6 minute timer until the ID is lost but tbh I try to never risk it once we fish a good one.

is there a maximum number of raid resets, similar to the 5/hour or 30/day dungeon caps?

you would think, but no not at all. you can do as many as you want per hour and per day.

faster again if you disable all addons and run on an m.2 ssd that load time was awful D:

i am on an SSD, load times aren't standard on high pop servers they're heavily affected by the load on that particular area. you should see stormwind or org during prime time...

This doubled my frame rate in cities on wow. If it's truely network lag it should improve your load times as well.
