She would have won way more titles had she not been stabbed. Monica Seles was "no doubt" one of the best ever. She had won 7 or 8 major titles by the age of 19, and no player has come close to that. Two great champions playing here, ina very gritty match til the bitter end.
Maureen Connolly won 9 slams as teenager. Steffi won 6 including the Golden Slam, against stronger opposition. So why lying that “no one came close to that“ regarding Seles‘s achievements?
