    Definitely should sell if someone is saying to hold the property he knows property is going to slow down very soon for sure and he wants to sell his property before than anyone else as there is a simple funda more the supply means difficult to get buyer the same situation will arise later on so better to sell and take exit from market.

    Where is the logic.. A property of 1.75 crore is fetching rent of 30k to 34k which also includes maintenance. For example Emaar Palm Hills , Mapsko Mountville. ( 1490/1450 sq ft) , A property of 1 crore in city like Pune will fetch similar rent. This means property is artificially inflated in Gurgaon. These artificially infalted prices will backfire badly.

    delhi chale jaao. waha 1 crore ka mill jaata hai 2bhk achi location per. yaha khander jaise area me lena sahi nahi hai. delhu me 2013 me high price me logo ne ghar liye the . aaj dus saal baad bhi woh price nahi hua dubara.
